Clinical Efficacy Of Lingyangjiao Decoction Combined With Xingnaojing In T He Treatment Of Phlegm-heat Type Of Intracerebral Hemorrhage

Objective:To explore the effect of Xingnaojing injection combined with Lingyangjiao Decoction in the treatment of phlegm heat and internal closure of Qingqiao intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods:From September 2016 to July 2018,86 cases of intracerebral hemorrhage with phlegm heat closed and orifices cleared were included in the study,According to the method of random number table,43 cases in each group were divided into control group and study group.The control group was treated with routine therapy and Xingnaojing,In the study group,the control group was treated with Lingyangjiao decoction,The two groups were treated continuously for 14 days.Before and after treatment,the volume of brain edema,the volume of brain hematoma,the improvement of nerve function,the depth of coma and the severity of injury,the syndrome score of traditional Chinese medicine and the total effective rate of treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:There was no statistical difference between the two groups in the volume of brain edema before treatment(P>0.05);the volume of brain edema in the two groups increased significantly after 7 days of treatment,and the volume of brain edema in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the volume of brain edema in the two groups decreased significantly after 14 days of treatment,and the volume of brain edema in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the volume of hematoma between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);on the 7th day of treatment,the volume of hematoma in the two groups was significantly smaller than that before treatment,and the volume of hematoma in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);on the 14th day after treatment,the volume of hematoma in the two groups was significantly smaller than that before treatment,and that in the study group was smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in NIHSS score before treatment(P>0.05);at 7 days after treatment,NIHSS score of the two groups was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);at 14 days after treatment,NIHSS score of the two groups was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between the two groups in GCS score before treatment(P>0.05);on the 7th day of treatment,the GCS score of the two groups was higher than that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after the 14th day of treatment,the GCS score of the two groups was higher than that of the control group,and the GCS score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);There was no statistical difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);on the 7th day of treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the two groups was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);on the 14th day of treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the two groups was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the control group was 69.77%;the total effective rate of the study group was 88.37%.The effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xingnaojing injection combined with Lingyangjiao decoction can effectively improve the symptoms of TCM,reduce the volume of cerebellar edema and hematoma,reduce the NIHSS score,improve the GCS score and the total effective rate of treatment.The clinical effect is accurate and worthy of clinical promotion.
