Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Angong Niuhuang Pill in treating patients with intracranial hypertension after intracerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia,to provide clinical basis for the application of Angong Niuhuang Pill in acute stage of intracerebral hemorrhage, and to study the mechanism of its treatment of intracranial hypertension from the angle of inflammatory reaction. Methods:From October 2018 to January 2020,40 patients in the acute stage of cerebral hemorrhage were selected in the second affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of traditional Chinese Medicine.According to the random number table,it was divided into the observation group(20 cases)and the control group(20 cases). On the basis of routine western medicine treatment, the both groups were treated with Angong Niuhuang Niuhuang pills(1 pill oral or nasal feeding Qd;specification:3g)mannitol glycerol fructose, the control group only used mannitol glycerol fructose, and the two groups were treated with 1 course of treatment(10 days). To the intracranial pressure,GCS score,NHISS score, cerebral edema volume after treatment before and after treatment serum TNF-? ?IL-6and TCM syndrome efficacy scores,pre-treatment and follow-up m RS scores in 3months after intervation were compared.Results:1.TCM symptom score, intracranial pressure,NHISS score, brain edema volume and serum TNF-?? IL-6? of the two groups after treatment decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the GCS higher than before treatment(0.05).2.improvement of TCM syndrome efficacy score, intracranial pressure, brain edema volume,GCS score,NHISS score and serum TNF-? ? IL-6 after treatment in the observation group were greater than those in the control group(P<0.05).3.The total effective rate of TCM symptom improvement in the 3.observation group was 95%,and the effective rate in the control group was 75%difference between the two was significant(P<0.05).4.compared with before treatment, the scores of follow-up m RS in the two groups after treatment and after 3 months were lower than before treatment(P<0.05).the scores of follow-up m RS in the observation group after treatment and after 3 months were significantly lower than those in the control group(0.05).the difference between the two groups was significant. Conclusion:The early treatment of intracranial hypertension after cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia by Angong Niuhuang Pill can significantly improve the consciousness level and neurological deficit of patients with phlegm-heat internal closure syndrome hemorrhage and improve their self-care ability.
