Study On Optimization Of The Services Of Contract For Family Doctors In Xindu District,Chengdu City

Due to China’s rapid economic and social development,China is facing the reality of aging population and chronic diseases,and people’s demand for long-term sustainable medical care is increasing.At the same time,residents’ medical services are concentrated in large hospitals,which is not conducive to improving the medical environment,balancing medical resources and managing the medical costs reasonably.Therefore,a patient-centered,family-oriented and community-oriented family physician contracting service was created to maintain and promote overall health.Since the implementation of family doctor contract service in Xindu District of Chengdu,through continuous practice and exploration,a certain number of family doctor teams have been established,which has achieved remarkable results in family doctor contract service,basic medical service,public health service and other aspects,and achieved high satisfaction among the signed residents.However,due to a variety of reasons,the contracted service of family doctors in Xindu District has some problems,such as lagging in the construction of family doctors’ talent team,weak ability of family doctors to provide services,and low residents’ overall recognition and satisfaction of family doctors,which affect the further promotion of the contracted service mode of family doctors.The main reasons are that the policy coordination system has not been established,the low salary of talents leads to the insufficient incentive mechanism,the lagging training mode leads to the limited service ability of family doctors,the deviation of concept and consciousness,and the insufficient social publicity.In view of the reasons,this paper proposes five specific improvement measures: First,establish and improve a multi-department coordination and coordination mechanism;second,establish and improve an incentive and restraint mechanism;third,speed up the construction of a family doctor talent team;fourth,optimize the content of family doctor signing services and accelerate the construction of informatization;fifth,increase Family doctors sign up for service promotion.This paper makes a detailed study on the specific situation of family doctor signing service in Xindu District of Chengdu,and propose some suggestions to improve the effectiveness of the signing the family doctor service mode,efficiency and satisfactionproposed targeted countermeasures and suggestions,in order to the sustainable development of other area signing the family doctor service provide beneficial reference.
