The Study Of Effects Of Shuzheng Granule On Glucose And Lipid Metabolism And Psychosomatic Symptoms Of Type 2 Diabetes During Perimenopausal Period

ObjectiveThrough the clinical study of Shuzheng Granule in treating patients with perimenopausal type 2 diabetes,the effects of Shuzheng Granule on glucose and lipid metaboli,sm and psychosomatic symptoms in patients with perimenopausal type 2 diabetes were evaluated and its mechanism was preliminarily discussed.Methods72 subjects who met the standard were divided into the control group and the Shuzheng Granul.e group by random table method.The control group was given propaganda and education,lifestyle intervention and basic drug treatment(control of glucose,blood pressure,lipids,antiplatelet aggregation,etc.).The Shuzheng Granule group in the above mentioned contro]group on the basis of treatment with Shuzheng Granule.12 weeks after treatment,FBG,HbAlc,fasting insulin,FSH,stradiol,TG and LDL-C of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,and the insulin resistance index,TCM syndrome and efficacy,Kupperman menopause score,SDS scale and SAS scale scores were calculated.ResultsFBG and HbAlC in both groups decreased significantly before and after treatment(P<0.05).Fasting insulin in the two groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05),while that in the Shuzheng Granule group decreased more significantly(P<0.05),and insulin resistance index improved(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,TG and LDL-C in both groups decreased(P<0.05),TG decreased more significantly(P<0.05).In two groups,the level of FSH were increased after treatment(P<0.05),but there was no statistical difference(P>0.05),and the extent of increase was not significantly different(P>0.05).Estradiol in both groups increased after treatment(P<0.05),and estradiol in Shuzheng Granule group increased significantly(P<0.05).The total TCM syndrome score of the two groups decreased before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the Shuzheng Granule group was better than the control group(P<0.05).After comparison,the effective rate of TCM syndrome improvement in the Shuzheng Granule group was 91.67%,and the effective rate in the control group was 63.89%,with significant effect(P<0.05).Kupperman scores in both groups decreased before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement in Shuzheng Granule group was more obvious than that in the control group(P<0.05).SAS and SDS scores in two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05)after treatment,and the decrease in Shuzheng Granule group was more significant(P<0.05).ConclusionShuzheng Granule can reduce fasting glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,TG,LDL-C,improve insulin resistance,increase estradiol level,has no significant effect on FSH level,significantly improve TCM syndromes,and improve clinical efficacy.In addition,it can also obviously improve Kupperman score,SDS and SAS score,and improve perimenopental symptoms in patients.
