Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome(AIDS)is a highly contagious and widely spread infectious disease,and the number of people infected with AIDS is increasing every year.AIDS is caused by human immunodeficiency virus(HIV).The virus attacks the human immune system,making patients weak and susceptible to death from various diseases.AIDS can not be completely cured for the time being.The earlier it is discovered,the better it is to maintain the quality of life and prolong the life of patients.In order to detect human immunodeficiency virus quickly and timely,colloidal gold strip detection method is selected in this paper.Colloidal gold strip detection has the characteristics of simple operation,low cost and high sensitivity.It is one of the four common detection methods.In order to reduce the interference of these impurities to the test results,it is usually necessary to process the urine samples before the test,filter out the impurities and quantify the urine,which requires large professional equipment or to go to the hospital for testing.When reading negative and positive colloidal gold strips,large-scale equipment is usually needed,which takes a long time and results are generally slow.For some patients infected with HIV,it may be impossible to know that they are already carriers of HIV.Microfluidic chip technology can simplify the whole process,make the whole platform more miniaturized,low cost,automation,and the detection location is no longer restricted.This paper designs and implements a colloidal gold strip fast detection device based on microfluidic chip.Compared with traditional detection methods,the detection device based on microfluidic chip provides a reasonable solution with low power consumption,simple operation,less sample consumption and low detection cost.It also has a certain reference value for Point-of-Care Test(POCT).The rapid detection method and device of HIV urine sample based on microfluidic chip in this paper.A microfluidic chip was designed to filter HIV urine samples quantitatively.The sample was introduced into the colloidal gold strip to achieve rapid and accurate sample introduction.A detection device was designed for the colloidal gold strip.On this basis,only image processing algorithm based on embedded platform is studied,which improves the detection efficiency and realizes the detection and interpretation of colloidal gold strips.The main tasks of this paper include:1.The sample filter and quantitative import device based on microfluidic chip is studied.The microfluidic chip and its auxiliary device are designed and implemented to realize simple,fast and convenient urine extraction.2.Aiming at the detection principle of colloidal gold strips based on HIV urine samples,a rapid detection device for colloidal gold strips is designed.The circuit module,mechanical module,light source module and camera module of the detection system are designed.The combination of the four modules makes the device low-power,compact,automated and low-cost,and combines the quantitative urine introduction device based on microfluidic chip technology.To realize the side flow strip immunoassay for urine samples by integrated colloidal gold method.3.Intelligent image processing algorithm based on embedded device is studied for colloidal gold strip detection device.This algorithm combines with colloidal gold strip detection device to speed up detection efficiency and realize fast judgment and result interpretation of colloidal gold strip.4.Experiments verify the overall performance of colloidal gold immunoassay device based on microfluidic chip,different light sources,different strips,different viruses and other aspects of testing,verify that the colloidal gold strip rapid detection device can achieve the purpose of miniaturization,fast,low power consumption.
