Objective: To evaluate POP patients by Pelvic floor ultrasound and POP-Q score system,to compare and analyze the correlation between the results of pelvic organ prolapse in the anterior, middle and posterior chambers. Methods:Select the patients who were admitted to our hospital's gynecological pelvic floor specialist clinic From December 2018 to December 2019,selected the patient tested by the International Urine Control Association prolapse Quantitative System(POP-Q)score and staging system, and diagnose pelvic organ prolapse degree > I degree, after selection there were 96 patients explored and had an examination by the same ultrasound physician.Obtained the clinical data and ultrasonic measurements tested by rank sum test and Goodman-kruskal gamma method aim to analyze the evaluation of the two diagnostic methods in the anterior, middle and posterior chambers.Results:1.The best correlation between pelvic floor ultrasound and POP-Q assessment in the diagnosis of anterior pelvic organ prolapse(r=0.4575,P<0.0001),followed by posterior pelvic cavity(r=0.3850,P=0.0013),the meanest is the middle pelvic cavity(r=0.2984,P=0.0031).2.The maximum area of the ani levator hiatus was correlated well with the anterior pelvic cavity(r=0.23614,P=0.0205)and the middle pelvic cavity(r=0.20723,P=0.0428).Conclusion:1.Pelvic floor ultrasound can be used as an imaging method for clinical diagnosis of pre-pelvic dysfunction diseases.2.POP-Q score and pelvic floor ultrasound had a good relationship on the evaluation of the degree of mild-moderate prolapse.in severe prolapse disease because of its diagnostic criteria, can not be compared,so the two diagnostic methods in clinical diagnosis and treatment can not be replaced with each other, especially in the evaluation of uterine prolapse.3.the maximum area of the anal levator hiatus has a good correlation with the diagnosis of anterior and middle pelvic diseases, which can be used as an auxiliary reference.4.the degree of bladder neck movement is not related to the prese nce or absence of pressure urinary incontinence, which has no clinical significance.
