Objective: The main aim was to explore the applicational value of Young’s modulus values of STE in the evaluation of liver fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B patients by applying the sound touch elastography to the patients. Methods: From July 2018 to November 2019,95 chronic hepatitis B patients were selected for research subjects.STE and serological examination were performed on all patients. Finally, the pathological results was used as the gold standard. The relativity was analysed between STE,serological examination and liver fibrosis stage. The areas under the ROC curve of STE was used to evaluate the diagnosis of liver fibrosis stages, which could judge the diagnostic efficacy of STE.Results: One way ANOVA,pairwise comparison between multiple groups using LSD method results showed that Age,STE,FIB-4,GGT were significant differences among the pathological staging groups(P<0.05);Spearman correlation analysis showed that STE measurement and pathological stage existed significantly difference(P<0.01),FIB-4 was positively correlated with the pathological stages of liver fibrosis(P<0.01),APRI were positively correlated with the stages of liver fibrosis(P<0.01).The areas under under ROC curve of STE,FIB-4 and APRI in diagnosis of liver fibrosis at ≥S1 stage were 0.853,0.651,0.594.The areas under ROC curve of ≥S1 stage,≥S2 stage and ≥S3 stage were 0.853,0.809 and 0.989.Conclutions: STE can effectively evaluate level of liver fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B patients. The test has a strong ability to assess the extent of liver fibrosis.
