Retrospective Study On The Effect Of Combined Triple Operation In The Treatment Of ??? Stage Prolapse Of Rectum

Objective:To observe the effect of combined triple operation(rectal mucosal columnar arrangement ligation+procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids+anal sphincter suture and folding)in the treatment of ??? stage prolapse of rectum.Method:The clinical data of 41 patients with ? to ? stage prolapse of rectum treated by combined triple operation from January 2015 to January 2019 in Anorectal Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University was analyzed retrospectively.In 3 months and 6 months after operation,all patients underwent the wexner incontinence score and quality of life score to observe the supervisor feelings of the patients,simultaneously the examination of anorectal manometry to objective evaluate the patient's Physiological status of the anus and rectum.Result:It was shown after 3 months,6 months of follow-up that the postoperative recovery was good,the total effective rate was 100%.Wexner incontinence score and The 8 dimensions(physical functioning,role-physical,bodily pain,vitality,role-emotional,mental health,social functioning and general health)of the simplified Chinese health survey scale(sf-36)were significantly improved,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The anal resting pressure,maximum anal autonomic systolic pressure,rectal anal inhibitory reflex,minimum rectal sensory capacity and maximum volume sensory threshold were improved in 3 months,6 months after operation compared with those before operation.The differences have statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:combined triple operation has the advantages of less trauma,simple operation,less bleeding,quick recovery,less complication and low recurrence rate,It has high safety and feasibility,high clinical reference value and is worth popularizing.
