Objective:By collecting and analyzing case data that meet the study conditions, the feasibility and learning curve of the Da Vinci robotic surgical system for radical resection of bladder cancer are preliminarily explored. Methods:The clinical data of 98 patients undergoing radical cystectomy performed by the same group of urologists during the period from October 2015 to March 2018 in the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were first divided into RARC group and LRC according to the operation method.Group, through the chi-square and independent sample t test to analyze the perioperative indicators,to explore the feasibility of RARC.Then RARA treatment of 45 patients were divided into A,B,C three groups according to the sequence of surgery,one-way analysis of variance and chi-square test to analyze the three groups of perioperative indicators to explore the learning curve of RARC.Result:Ninety-eight cases were successfully completed, and none of them was converted to open surgery.Statistics show:The operative time of RARC group was384.3±60.7min,which was shorter than that of LRC group(414.45±83.4min).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss in RARC group was 436.4±197.6ml,which was less than that of LRC group.514.3±18.9 ml,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in other perioperative indicators(P>0.05).The statistical results of 45RARC groups were:418.33±53.01 min in group A,longer than368.40±58.31 min in group B and 366.40±59.42 min in group C,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the operation time between the two groups(P>0.05);there was no significant difference in other perioperative indicators(P>0.05).Conclusion:The da Vinci robotic surgical system assisted laparoscopic radical resection of bladder cancer is safe and feasible;the surgeon with extensive LRC experience has a RARC learning curve of 30 cases.
