Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Angina Pectoris And Coronary Heart Disease With Yangxin Tongluo Decoction

Objective: By observing the Yangxin Tongluo decoction joint routine western medicine treatment for the treatment of angina pectoris and coronary heart disease clinical curative effect,researching how this solution improve angina pectoris and coronary heart clinical symptoms of disease.Insure security mechanism to provide clinical treatment basis for of angina pectoris and coronary heart disease.Methods:56 patients who accord the criteria were selected to xinjiang uygur autonomous hospital that traditional Chinese medicine for treatment.Before and after treatment,we will observe the clinical effect for the patients,and observe TCM syndrome points,the changes of paroxysm of chest pain.Kidney function and Liver function.All data were analyzed using SPSS23.0 statistical software,and P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:(1)There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of gender,age,and pre-treatment indicators(P> 0.05),and the two groups were balanced.(2)Compared with paroxysm of chest pain before and after administration,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The significantly lower rats of theparoxysm of chest pain level of the patients after treatment.and the two groups were balanced.(3)In the two groups,Seattle angina pectoris was evaluated,and the experimental group was better than the control group(P <0.05).(4)Before and after treatment,the experimental group and the control group both improved in reducing LDL-C,TC,and TG(P <0.05).Comparing the groups,the reduction of LDL-C after treatment in the two groups Compared with the control group,the experimental group showed significant improvement,but the difference in TG and TC was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).(5)the result has a totally significant(P<0.05).in liver and kidney function,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion: Yangxin Tongluo decoction therapy for the treatment of curative effect,can effectively reduce the rates of paroxysm of chest pain.at the same way,Yangxin Tongluo decoction improved vividly the clinical symptoms,and increase the benefit rate for the patients.Results also reveal there is no damage to kidney and liver function,which reveals the low toxic and side effects of Yangxin Tongluo decoction and high safety of clinical application.Therefore,the effect of Yangxin Tongluo decoction in the treatment of angina pectoris and coronary heart disease is clear,safe and reliable,which is worthy of further study.
