With the progress of modern technology,more and more sedative and hypnotic drugs are widely used in clinical practice.Because of hypnotic sedative drugs because of its sedative,hypnotic and anti anxiety,anti epilepsy and central muscle relaxation and other drugs,often the criminals used to commit crimes,in recent years the use of sedative drugs,anesthesia anesthesia implementation of the robbery rape,non normal death sensitive cases in the country have occurred repeatedly.According to this kind of case,the rapid test of the sedative and hypnotic drug evidence is very important to detect and litigation cases.At present,the pretreatment of hypnotic sedative drugs in biological samples in forensic science laboratory poisoning by liquid-liquid solvent extraction,solid phase extraction,the two kinds of pretreatment methods in actual work time-consuming,there are many shortcomings.Before the establishment of a new treatment method for common hypnotic sedative drugs were blood samples fast,efficient and simple,can significantly improve the testing results of Forensic Science Laboratory of forensic toxicological evidence of poisoning.In recent years,the Qu ECh ERS pretreatment method has been used in many fields,and has achieved very good practical application results.This paper mainly discusses the factors that affect the extraction efficiency of trace objects in the sample and the main research contents are as follows: 1.The factors affecting the extraction efficiency of the trace object in the sample with Qu ECh ERS pretreatment method:(1)Through the research and optimization of the target in the sample extraction solvent,affecting the efficiency of buffer p H,in addition to salting out agent dosage,purification adsorbent type and other factors,established for blood samples in common hypnotic sedative drugs before Qu ECh ERS treatment.(2)The establishment of the 10 kinds of common hypnotic sedative drugs Qu ECh ERS/GC-MS test method for blood samples in the study,linear range,precision and accuracy of the experimental method of experiment,draw the following conclusions: the method of 10 kinds of common sedative drugs phenobarbital and barbital,isoamyl Pakistan vinylbital,diazepam,estazolam,alprazolam midazolam,three midazolam,chlorodyne,chlorpromazine and promethazine in the range of25~500 ng/m L,a good linear relationship,the correlation coefficient R2 between0.9936~0.9996.In 50ng/m L,100ng/m L,200ng/m three levels,the average recoveries were between 76%~94%,the relative standard deviation(RSD)between 3%~10.1%,the detection limit is between 0.015~0.13ng/m L,experimental methods meet the forensic examination for recovery and precision requirements.(3)The QuEChERS method was applied to the test of common sleeping and sedative drugs in forensic science,and the application of this method in the field of pesticide residue testing was enlarged,and the applicability of the method was improved.
