Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Huoji Decoction Combined With Sodium Hyaluronate Injection In The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis (liver And Kidney Deficiency)

Objective:Through the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(Liver and kidney deficiency syndrome)with Huo Xi Decoction and sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injection,To observe the improvement of pain,stiffness and daily activities of knee joint,and compare the clinical effect of Xianlinggubao capsule and Huo Xi Decoction in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Method:The selected cases in this study were all from 68 cases of KOA patients who met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria at the outpatient department of the Orthopedics Department of the First Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Changde from May 2019 to December 2019.According to the random number table method,they were divided into treatment group and control group with 34 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Huo Xi Decoction orally combined with sodium hyaluronate in the knee joint cavity,and the control group was given Xianling Gubao capsules orally combined with sodium hyaluronate in the knee joint cavity.The course of treatment for the two groups was 5 weeks.Observe the WOMAC score of knee joint before and after treatment,the curative effect and safety of TCM syndrome,and analyze the data.Result: In this study,a total of 11 patients in the treatment group and the control group fell off.In fact,28 patients were included in the case treatment group and 29 patients in the control group.Through data analysis,there was no significant difference between the two groups in general,which was comparable.In the aspect of pain,the comparison between the two groups,by rank sum test,z =-0.073,P = 0.942 > 0.05,it shows that there is no significant difference between the two groups in alleviating knee joint pain.In the aspect of improving joint stiffness,the two groups were compared.By rank sum test,z =-2.920,P = 0.004 < 0.05,It shows that the treatment group is better than the control group in improving the degree ofrigidity.In terms of joint function,the two groups were compared.After normality test,t=-2.615,P=0.035<0.05,indicating that the improvement of joint function after treatment in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.The total effective rates of the two groups were 92.86%and 89.66%,there was no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion:The combination of Huo Xi Decoction and sodium hyaluronate injection can significantly improve the pain and stiffness symptoms of patients with knee osteoarthritis Liver and kidney deficiency syndrome),It can also significantly improve the joint function,reduce the movement barrier,and has reliable curative effect,good safety,this method is worth spreading in clinical.
