Clinical Efficacy Of Shen Rong Tongmai Capsule Combined With Donepezil Hydrochloride Tablets In The Treatment Of Post-stroke Cognitive Impairment(Deficiency Of Kidney Essence)

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of shen rong tongmai capsule combined with donepezil hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of post-stroke cognitive impairment(PSCI)with deficiency of kidney essence and expand the clinical thinking of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of post-stroke cognitive impairment.Methods : 70 cases that met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 35 cases in each group.Both groups were given donepezil hydrochloride tablets(aricept),and the treatment group was given ginseng antler tongmai capsules on the basis of the control group,with a course of 3 months.After the treatment,the cognitive function and improvement of TCM syndromes of the two groups were evaluated,and the scores of Montreal cognitive assessment scale,brief mental state scale,daily living ability scale and TCM syndromes score scale were observed.All the data were analyzed by SPSS22.0.Results:1.There was no significant difference in Montreal cognitive assessment scale(MoCA)score,short mental state scale(MMSE)score,daily living ability scale(ADL)score and SDSVD score between the treatment group and the control group before treatment(P >0.05),which was comparable.2.After 3 months of treatment,MoCA and MMSE scores of the two groups increased compared with those before and after treatment,and the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was significant(P < 0.01),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P < 0.05),the results were statistically significant.3.After 3 months of treatment,the SDSVD score of the two groups decreased compared with that before and after treatment,and the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was significant(P < 0.01),and the comparison between the two groups was superior to that of the control group(P < 0.05),with statistically significant results.4.After 3 months of treatment,the ADL score of the two groups increased compared with that before and after treatment,and the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was significant(P < 0.01),but the difference between the two groups was not significant(P > 0.05),and the results were not statistically significant.Conclusion:Both ginseng antler tongmai capsule and donepezil hydrochloride tablets could improve the cognitive function of patients,and the combined application was more effective than donepezil hydrochloride tablets alone.Ginseng antler tongmai capsule can effectively improve patients' cognitive function and TCM syndrome,but the improvement effect on patients' daily living ability is not obvious.Ginseng antler tongmai capsule and donepezil has no obvious adverse reactions and can be used in clinic to improve the quality of life of patients.
