| Objective : Objective to compare the clinical efficacy of self-designed kidney-tonifying yizhi decoction combined with donepezil hydrochloride and donepezil hydrochloride alone on deficiency of kidney essence with PSCI syndrome.Methods:In 88 patients with diagnosis standard,according to random number table method were randomly divided into treatment group(kidney puzzle soup combined donepezil HCL)and control group(donepezil HCL)of 44 cases,two groups of patients were given conventional treatment method after stroke,by observing two groups of patients before treatment,treatment of 4 weeks,12 weeks after treatment of Chinese medicine syndrome scale rating scale,simple intelligent state examination(MMSE),daily life(ADL)data,through the statistical analysis,evaluation of the p resence of significant difference,and the relationship between the curative effect and course of treatment.Result:1.Under the condition of ensuring that there was no statistical difference between the general statistics and the baseline of each scale,the two groups had obvious curative effect on post-stroke cognitive impairment.2.After treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05),the total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.8%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 69.77%.The curative effect of treatment group in improving MMSE score and ADL score was obvious(p<0.05),and it was better than that of control group.3.Judging from the course of treatment and the effect of treatment,by evaluating the changes of TCM syndrome score,MMSE score and ADL score,the curative effect of12 weeks is better than that of 4 weeks.Conclusion : Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria can be treated with kidney-tonifying yizhi decoction,which can not only alleviate the symptoms and behavioral ability of patients with dementia,but also make full use of the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine to solve the symptoms of systemic discomfort,with an exact clinical effect. |
