Objective:Dried ginger is the dried rhizome of the ginger family ginger.The effect of dry ginger on warming the lungs,warming the lungs and warming the meridians,is related to the effect of dry ginger on spicy heat.This topic uses two methods to explore the experience of Professor Men's compatibility with ginger,including referring to the literature on the use of dried ginger in the books and papers of the Men's genre and collecting the clinical cases of Professor Men's dried ginger prescription for data collation and statistical analysis.Method:393 cases of clinical medical records that containing dried ginger prescriptions were collected into Excel form.The information included gender,age,symptoms,tongue and pulse,western medicine diagnosis,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,prescription and so on.Using statistical analysis software SPSS 22.0 to analyze the frequency of the related seed table,it was found that Professor Men's experience of using the prescription of dried ginger.Result:Among the 393 cases,the ratio of male to female is 1:1.25,and female patients are more than male patients.The proportion of 40-70 years old accounts for 62.34%.The highest frequency of tongue quality is 52.42%,thin white fur(40.97%)and white thick greasy fur(32.57%),and the tongue-shaped tongue is the most.In the single pulse,pulse thinness(20.00%)and pulse sinking(16.34%)are the main;compound pulse pulses are pulse thinning(7.89%)and pulse string thinning(7.89%)as the main pulse.Gan Jiang Fang is mainly used for the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases,Menshi Huwei San(51.72%)Lizhong Tang(38.10%)Sini Decoction(35.48%)Banxia Xiexin Decoction(56.25%).Shegan Mahuang Decoction is mainly used for the treatment of pulmonary diseases(66.67%).The main symptoms of Lizhong Decoction are incontinence of stool(33.33%)and anorexia(30.95%).The symptoms of Sini Decoction are diarrhea(61.29%)and cold(35.48%).The symptoms of Banxia Xiexin Decoction are abdominal distension(56.25%),poor sleep(56.25%),bitter mouth(43.75%).Shegan Mahuang Decoction treats cough(83.33%)and phlegm(50.00%).Stomach pain(13.23%)is the most common in the treatment of disease syndrome,followed by insomnia(8.14%).The main prescription for stomachache is Xiangsha Lizhong Decoction and its combination(63.47%).The main prescription for insomnia is Xiangsha Lizhong soup(53.33%).Combined prescription group(37%)were used in 393 cases of the medical record,including Lizhongtang combined prescription group(58.33%)and Xiangshalizhongtang combined prescription group(34.55%).Conclusion:The following conclusions can be obtained by sorting out and analyzing the clinical experience of the instructor in clinical use of dried ginger.Gan Jiang Fang is widely used in middle-aged and elderly people with dark tongue and thin pulse.The Lizhong Decoction with dried ginger and ginseng can warm the spleen and invigorate the stomach.It can be used in the treatment of various syndromes in combination with prescriptions that have the functions of eliminating dampness,reducing phlegm,purifying qi and clearing heat.The Sini Decoction of dried ginger and Fuzi is used to invigorate yang qi and combine with the spleen and qi to improve the dysfunction and declining state of the patient.Banxia Xiexin Decoction with dried ginger and Huanglian can be used in combination with Bupleurum and Bupleurum to reconcile liver and spleen to restore spleen and stomach function.Shegan Mahuang Decoction with dried ginger,asarum and schisandra chinensis decoction warms the lung and dissolves the phlegm.The prescription containing dried ginger is mainly used to treat the syndromes and symptoms of the spleen and stomach system.Xiangsha Lizhong Decoction and Lizhong Decoction are used in various syndromes,it embodies the academic characteristics that the Men's school pays attention to stomach qi when treating diseases and treats different diseases with the same treatment.
