Objective:By comparing the changes of TCM clinical symptom score,endocrine therapy adverse reaction grade,Hamilton depression scale and anxiety scale before and after the treatment of Yanghe method,to evaluate the efficacy,safety and feasibility of yanghe therapy for Postmenopausal hormone-dependent breast cancer,and to analyze the role of Yang-he therapy in the course of treatment,it provides a new idea for the differentiation of diseases and syndromes of TCM and an objective basis for the application of Yang-he method in the endocrine treatment of breast cancer.Methods:In this study,prospective study was carried out on 52 patients who met the inclusion criteria from the out-patient clinic of a traditional Chinese Medicine Workshop in Shanxi Integrated Hospital of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.All the patients were treated with endocrine therapy before admission.After admission,they were treated with Yanghe method(Yanghe method + Anastrozole combined therapy)for 3 months.To evaluate the curative effect of Yang-he therapy by observing the difference of four indexes:Clinical Symptom Score,endocrine therapy adverse reaction grade,Hamilton depression scale and anxiety scale before and after Yang-he therapy.Results the data were compared and analyzed with SPSS 23.0 software.Results:1.The score of clinical symptom before treatment was 11.750±2.923 points, and after treatment was 6.731±2.152 points.The total effective rate was 86.53%.There were 0 cases of cure,1 case of obvious effect,45 cases of effective,6 cases of no effect.The symptoms of cold limbs,fatigue,lack of energy,headache,hyperhidrosis,loss of appetite,cold pain in the lower abdomen,insomnia and loose stools were obviously improved after Yang-he therapy.2.The score of adverse reaction of Anastrozole was 14.731±3.986 points before treatment.The total score decreased to 5.904 ± 2.912 points after 3 months of Yang-he therapy.The improvement rate of hyperhidrosis was 76.14%,and that of diarrhea was 72.13%.3.The score of Hamilton Depression scale before treatment was 11.039±3.667 points,after 3 months treatment it reduce to 4.000±2.376 points.after 3 months of auxiliary treatment.T test showed significant difference(p < 0.05).4.The score of Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale decreased from 10.615±4.088 points to 4.654±2.793 points after treatment.T test showed significant difference(p< 0.05).Conclusion:The method of Yang-he can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of hormone-dependent breast cancer patients with Yang deficiency,the total effective rate was 86.53%,and the Yanghe method could alleviate the common adverse reactions of endocrine therapy and relieve the clinical symptoms Endocrine therapy can be supplemented with Yanghe method can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of patients,improve the quality of life of patients.
