Effect Of Low Frequency Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulus Therapy On Autism And Its Influencing Factors

Objective:Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training and comprehensive rehabilitation training alone were compared to explore the value of low-frequency rTMS combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training in the treatment of children with autism accompanied by mental retardation and analyze the relevant influencing factors.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 100 cases of autistic patients admitted to the fifth affiliated hospital of zhengzhou university from April 2017 to May 2019,including 50 cases in the single comprehensive rehabilitation group and 50 cases in the low-frequency rTMS combined comprehensive rehabilitation treatment group.There was no statistical difference in age,gender,developmental quotient and other general conditions between the two groups(p<0.05).Six months after treatment,the efficacy of the two groups was compared through the assessment of ABC scale,ATEC scale and MMN test,and the influencing factors of the treatment effect were analyzed.Results:Six months after treatment,the ABC scale,ATEC scale and MMN in the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(p<0.05),and the treatment effect of low-frequency rTMS combined with comprehensive rehabilitation group was significantly better than that of the single comprehensive rehabilitation group.Age,developmental quotient,sensory ability,communicative ability,language ability,and latent MMN are the relevant factors affecting the curative effect of rehabilitation treatment in children with autism.Conclusions:The efficacy of low-frequency rTMS combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training in the treatment of children with autism accompanied by mental retardation is superior to that of simple comprehensive rehabilitation training,especially in core symptom communication and accompanying symptom language,which is worthy of further research and popularization.Age,developmental quotient,sensory ability,communicative ability,language ability and MMN latent state are significant factors affecting treatment effect,especially developmental quotient,communicative ability and language ability,which have important value in the prognosis judgment of treatment effect.
