| Background and ObjectiveAutism spectrum disorder is a typical generalized neurodevelopmental disorder, characterized by social disorders, communication disorders, repetitive stereotypes, and limited interest.Globally, the incidence rate is increasing year by year, and the ratio of male to female is about 4:1.At present, its etiology and pathogenesis are still unclear, and there is a lack of specific treatment methods.Clinical treatment methods include drug treatment, comprehensive rehabilitation treatment, and special education, but the treatment effect is not good. Most of the symptoms of autism spectrum disorder are lifelong, and patients need long-term treatment, which brings a huge financial burden to families and society. In recent years, due to its increasing morbidity and lack of effective treatments, autism has attracted widespread attention.Research on its treatment methods has gradually increased, and repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)is one of them.Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation is through the magnetic field generated by the coil through the scalp, inducing changes in brain excitability in the motor cortex,it is an indirect,non-invasive method. It is an emerging treatment method in recent years, which is widely used in mental system diseases, but its treatment for autism is still in the exploration stage. Some studies have shown that transcranial magnetic stimulation can improve the symptoms of autism to a certain extent, and can be used as a new type of treatment for autism, but its clinical treatment plan is relatively simple, and the treatment plan formulated by the instrument manufacturer Mainly, the treatment options used by different autism patients are not much different, and it is difficult to achieve the desired results. In order to make it better for the treatment of autism patients, further research on their treatment plans is still needed. In recent years, studies have shown that the combination of transcranial magnetic stimulation and event-related potentials can be used to treat mental system diseases, but most of the research is about adult mental diseases. There is no domestic literature mentioning their research on the treatment of autism. The therapeutic effect of repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation under the guidance of event-related potentials on autism, and whether the repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation under the guidance of event-related potentials can be applied to the clinical treatment of autism.Objects and Methods1.Case selection:65 cases of autism patients admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to February 2019 were selected, and 5 cases were removed(2 cases were transferred to the hospital midway, and 3 cases were transferred to the department). The 60 patients selected were randomly divided into a test group and a control group, with 30 cases in each group.2.Training method:The control group was given the treatment plan and comprehensive rehabilitation treatment formulated by Wuhan Yiruide Repeated Transcranial Magnetic Stimulator Manufacturing Company;the experimental group was given the repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment plan and comprehensive rehabilitation treatment under the guidance of event-related potentials.3.Efficacy evaluation:By comparing the Children’s Autism Rating Scale(CARS),Autism Children’s Behavior Checklist(ABC),and Autism Therapy Evaluation Scale(ATEC)for autistic children before treatment and for 3 or 6 months After the scores were scored to analyze the results.ResultsAfter three or six months of repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment of the study subjects, the total scores of the CARS scale,ABC scale, and ATEC scale in the experimental group of children with ASD in the experimental group were compared with the control group. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionsRepeated transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment under the guidance of event-related potentials is superior to conventional treatments formulated by instrument manufacturers. |
