| Objective:To systematically summarize and explore the medication characteristics,formula rules and academic thoughts of Professor Deng Yue,my respected tutor,in the treatment of chronic heart failure(referred to as "chronic heart failure"),so as to enrich the theoretical basis of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of chronic heart failure for future clinical practice and clinical research.Methods:A total of 96 prescribing prescriptions for patients with chronic heart failure were collected and sorted out by my respected mentor from September 2017 to December 2019.Based on this,a database of prescription drug frequencies was established,and SPSS 22.0 was applied to the types of drugs recorded in the database to perform frequency and frequency statistics to find out the frequency,types and high-frequency types of all drug types.Using the traditional Chinese medicine statistical method and cluster analysis method,we found the relationship between the nature,taste and function of drugs in the database and the internal organs and meridians,studied the distribution of efficacy and main treatment,and revealed the cluster category of drugs;SPSS modeler was used to analyze the relevant association rules of drugs in the database,and the commonly used drug matching methods of my respected tutor for diagnosis and treatment of chronic heart failure were obtained,which explained its clinical significance.The above methods were used to mine the drug classification,drug use characteristics and rules of composition of clinical prescriptions of teachers,and their academic ideas were described.Results:(1)The frequency analysis of all the drugs involved in the database shows that there are 1427 times of drugs of each traditional Chinese medicine in the combined prescription,116 kinds of drugs,30 of which are high-frequency drugs.(2)A statistical analysis of the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine on all the drugs and high-frequency drugs involved in the database was conducted.The results showed that the most frequent drugs were warm drugs,sweet drugs,and tonics,and most of the drugs were used for liver and spleen.(3)After clustering analysis of high-frequency drugs in the database,they are divided into five categories according to their correlation;after the analysis of high-frequency drug association rules,15 groups of commonly used drug combinations are obtained.Conclusion:(1)I collected,collated and analyzed 96 prescriptions of my respected tutor for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic heart failure,and the results can support his medication ideas,prescription characteristics and theoretical cognition;(2)Under the guidance of my respected tutor,I have digitized the prescription,improved the shortcomings of theory and data analysis through quantitative and qualitative analysis methods,and made subjective experience and objective results complement each other,which is scientific and practical to a certain extent. |
