Study On The Medication Rule Of Professor Jiang Lihong In Treating Chronic Heart Failure Based On Data Mining Technology

Objective:Based on the data mining technology,this paper uses the ancient and modern medical records cloud platform(V2.3.5)to statistically organize the original medical records of Professor Jiang Lihong ’s outpatient and treatment area for chronic heart failure(CHF),summarize and analyze the medication rules of Professor Jiang Lihong in the treatment of CHF,summarize the academic thoughts of the tutor,and provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:The medical records of CHF patients treated by the supervisor in the outpatient department and treatment area of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2022 were collected.Organize patients’ basic information,TCM four diagnosis information,prescription,etc.,and establish the corresponding CHF drug database.Finally,relevant statistical analysis was carried out on the database,and relevant medication rules of the tutor in the treatment of CHF were summarized,and the academic thoughts of the tutor were expounded.Results:1.A total of 154 patients were included in this study,including 87 males and 67 females,with a male-female ratio of about 1.30:1.The incidence of this disease was mainly concentrated in the 60-89 age group.2.The top 10 symptom frequency of patients were fatigue,chest tightness,shortness of breath,poor sleep,dry mouth,palpitation,chills,asthma,poor appetite,edema of lower extremities.In this study,the tongue quality of patients was mainly light and dark,and the tongue coating was mainly thin and white.The main manifestations of pulse are knot generation,smooth string and sink.There are 6 syndrome types in this study,of which the syndrome of Qi deficiency and blood stasis and the syndrome of Qi deficiency and blood stasis combined with phlegm and drink are the most common.3.This study involved 210 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines,and frequency of drug use in descending order:astragalus root,largehead atractylodes rhizome,red sage root,cassia twig,tuckahoe,tetrandra root,motherwort,ginseng,dogwood,earthworm,oriental waterplantain rhizome,red peony root,stiff silkworm,angelica,corn stigma,aconite root,jujube,cicada slough,pepperweed seed,immature bitter orange and dwarf lilyturf tuber.Most of the four qi are warm drugs and mild drugs,and most of the five flavors are sweet drugs,bitter drugs and pungent drugs.The meridians enter the lung and spleen meridians,followed by the liver,heart and stomach meridians.4.According to the cluster analysis,the following 4 clusters were obtained:(1)Radix Astragali,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,(2)Ramulus Cinnamomi,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Poria,(3)Radix Stephaniae Tetrandrae,Pheretima,Rhizoma Alismatis,(4)Radix Ginseng,Herba Leonuri,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Bombyx Batryticatus,Fructus Corni,and Stigma Maydis.Through correlation analysis,15 pairs of high-frequency medicine pairs of Professor Jiang Lihong for treating CHF were obtained,which were Atractylodes macrocephala-Astragalus membranaceus,cassia twig-Astragalus membranaceus,Poria cocos-Astragalus membranaceus,Stephania tetrandra-Astragalus membranaceus,cassia twig-Atractylodes macrocephala,Poria cocos-Atractylodes macrocephala,motherwort-Astragalus membranaceus,Cornus officinalis-Astragalus membranaceus,Pheretima-Astragalus membranaceus,red paeony-Astragalus membranaceus,Cornus officinalis-Salvia miltiorrhiza,ginseng-Salvia miltiorrhiza,Alisma orientalis and Astragalus membranaceus,Angelica sinensis-Astragalus membranaceus,periostracum cicadae-Bombyx batryticatus.According to the complex network analysis,the core prescriptions of tutor for treating CHF were Astragalus membranaceus,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Atractylodes macrocephala,Poria cocos,Cinnamon twig,Stephania tetrandra and Leonurus heterophyllus.Conclusion:Professor Jiang Lihong believes that the pathogenesis of CHF is deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality,deficiency,blood stasis and water are intermingled,the disease is located in the heart,involving lung,liver,spleen,kidney and other organs,and Baoyuan Decoction,Buyang Huanwu Decoction,Sini Decoction,Linggui Zhugan Decoction and Shengmai Powder are often used.The treatment is based on invigorating qi and nourishing yin,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,warming yang and diuresis,and paying attention to the combination of Chinese and western medicine and psychosomatic treatment.
