Clinical Study On Treatment Of Children With Constipation(Milk Food Stagnation Type) By Jianpi Xiaoji Ointment Rubbing Manipulation

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Xiaoji ointment and oral Bifidobacterium triplex live powder in the treatment of infantile constipation(milk food stagnation type),to compare the difference of curative effect between the two treatments,and to explore the optimal treatment of pediatric constipation(milk food stagnation type).Methods: Clinical inclusion of 72 children who met the standard,according to the order of visits numbered,randomly divided into treatment group and control group each 36 cases.At the same basic therapy premise,the treatment group was treated with Jianpi Xiaoji ointment treatment,the control group was treated with oral bifidobacterium triplex live bacteria powder treatment,ointment group treatment once a day,the drug group warm water delivery,water temperature is not more than 40℃,3 times a day,1 year old,half bag /time;1-5 years old,1 bag / time;6 years old and,2 bags / time.All were treated with 10 days and 1 course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment,the end of the course of rest 2days.The TCM symptom grading scale before and after treatment was recorded and applied spss17.0 comparison of group and intra-group integral data to evaluate the efficacy.Results:1.The effective rate of treatment group was 90.9%,that of control group was72.7%,and that of treatment group was better than that of control group,P﹤0.05.2.Group after treatment: TCM symptom summary score,main symptom score,defecation interval time,stool dry knot degree,abdominal distension abdominal pain situation,defecation difficulty degree,secondary symptom score,poor appetite,hand and foot heat,P﹤0.05,there was significant difference,the treatment group improved better than the control group.The same effect of the treatment group and the control group on halitosis,dry mouth,yellow urine,anal fissure,bloody stool,tongue coating and restless sleep during the night.3.Treatment group before and after treatment: the overall improvement of symptoms P ﹤ 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.4.Control group before and after treatment: for the secondary symptoms of anal fissure hematochezia no improvement,the improvement of other symptoms P﹤0.05,the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Jianpi Xiaoji ointment in the treatment of children constipation(milk food stagnation type)has a significant effect,better than oral bifidobacterium triplex live powder.2.Improve the main symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine defecation interval time,stool dry knot degree,abdominal distension and abdominal pain situation,defecation difficulty degree,secondary disease appetite is not good,hand and foot heart heat,Jianpi Xiaoji paste friction method is better than oral bifidobacterium triplex live powder.Invigorating spleen and eliminating accumulation ointment and rubbing method is safe and effective in the treatment of constipation in children.
