Clinical Study On Treatment Of Cold Cough In Children With Massage Combined With Chinese Herbal Heat Ironing

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot pressing in the treatment of infantile exogenous cough(wind-cold cough).To explore the treatment of infantile wind-cold cough to provide a new program.Methods: From January 1,2019 to December 31,2019,this study selected 72 children with wind-cold cough who came to the affiliated hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese Medicine and the affiliated children’s diagnosis and treatment center of Changchun University of traditional Chinese Medicine.According to the order before and after the visit,the children were divided into 36 cases of treatment group(massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine and heat ironing)and control group(oral wind-cold cough granule)for 1 course of treatment in 7 days,a total of 1 course of treatment and 2 months of follow-up.After 1 course of treatment,observe the clinical treatment effect of two groups of children,total score of symptoms before and after treatment,record the relevant data accurately,get the guest by statistical analysis The conclusion of view.Results: Treatment group: cured 12 cases,significant effect 10 cases,effective 7 cases,ineffective 3 cases,total effective rate 95.00%;control group: cured 4 cases,significant effect 9 cases,effective 12 cases,ineffective 7 cases,total effective rate 78.12%.difference between the treatment group and the control group was not statistically significant in terms of sex,age,course of disease,and various points before treatment(P﹥0.05).the data were comparable.After treatment,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving the diet and sleep of the main and secondary cough symptoms and the total effective rate of treatment(P﹤0.05).After 2 months of follow-up,the treatment group was found Compared with the control group,it is better to control the recurrence of exogenous wind-cold cough.Conclusion: Massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot ironing treatment of children with exogenous wind-cold cough is effective,can effectively improvethe clinical symptoms of children with wind-cold cough,worthy of wide clinical application and promotion,for the treatment of children with exogenous wind-cold cough provides a safe and reliable green treatment.
