| Objective: The purpose of this article is to observe the clinical efficacy of abdominal acupuncture combined with warm acupuncture and conventional acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, and to compare the difference in efficacy.Lumbar disc herniation provides a simple, easy, and effective treatment. Methods: Sixty patients with lumbar disc herniation that met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group at a ratio of 1: 1 using a randomized controlled experimental method.Qihai,Guanyuan, and Daheng are the main points, which are added and subtracted according to the symptoms;the control group is conventional acupuncture, and the main points are Shenshu, lumbar Jiaji,Huanzhong,Zhongzhong, and Yanglingquan. And as the symptoms increase and decrease. Both groups were treated once a day, five times a week,10 days as a course of treatment, and two consecutive courses of treatment. The visual analogue score of pain(VAS score)and the lumbar spine function score(JOA score)of the Japan Orthopaedic Association were used as observation indicators. The VAS score and JOA score of the two groups of patients were recorded before treatment, once and after treatment, respectively. The statistical data and comparative analysis of the integral data of the two groups of observation indicators were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy before and after treatment in the two groups. Results: 1.Comparison of comprehensive effects: The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 90% and 76.7%,respectively.The comparison of the effects of the two groups was statistically analyzed,P = 0.005 <0.05,which was statistically significant.2.Comparison of VAS scores: the two groups were compared once before treatment, the points after treatment and the points before treatment were compared within the group, the P values were less than 0.05,the difference was statistically significant;the two groups were treated once and the treatment was completed The scores were compared between groups. The P values were all less than 0.05,and the differences were statisticallysignificant.3.Comparison of JOA scores: The two groups were compared once before treatment, the points after treatment were compared with the points before treatment, the P values were less than 0.05,the difference was statistically significant; The scores were compared between groups. The P values were all less than 0.05,and the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion: 1.Abdominal acupuncture combined with warm acupuncture and conventional acupuncture can alleviate pain and improve lumbar dysfunction in patients with lumbar disc herniation.2.Abdominal acupuncture combined with warm acupuncture can significantly relieve pain and improve lumbar spinal dysfunction in patients with lumbar disc herniation. Its clinical efficacy is better than conventional acupuncture, and no adverse events occur, which can be clinically promoted. |
