| Objective: To investigate the effect of Chaihu Guizhi Tang granule in treating 72 cases of exogenous fever.Methods: The subjects of this study were 72 patients with exogenous fever in the outpatient department of pulmonary disease in the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Jilin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine).The randomized controlled method is adopted,a randomized,to 36 cases treatment group and control group were respectively.Treatment group given traditional Chinese medicine decoction granules(radix bupleuri guizhi soup),while the control group was given Chaiqin Qingning capsules.The data of the two groups of patients were analyzed after treatment,and the spss were used for statistical analysis.The efficacy of the test group and the control group was evaluated after comparison.Result: There were 36 patients in the TCM syndrome treatment group,including 13 people heal,10 people were markedly effective,effective 13,2 is invalid,The total effective rate was 94.44%;Control group a total of 36 people,including 9 people heal,9 people were markedly effective,effective 15,3 is invalid,the total effective rate was 91.67%.The obvious recovery rate and recovery rate of Chaihu Guizhi Decoction group were significantly higher than those of the control group.Conclusion: Compared with Chaiqin Qingning capsule,Chaihu Guizhi Tang granule has obvious advantages in total treatment and symptom score change in treating exogenous fever(Tai Shao Tong Bing).Chaihu Guizhi Tang can be widely used in the case of exogenous fever(Tai Shao Tong Bing). |
