The Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Hematuria (Blood Stasis Syndrome) Of Primary Glomerulonephritis With Hematuria Granule

Objective: This clinical study adopts the method of random grouping to study the clinical efficacy of Professor Tong Yanqing’s empirical prescription Hematuria granule in the treatment of primary glomerulonephritis with hematuria(blood stasis syndrome).To observe the efficacy and safety of Hematuria granule in the treatment of hematuria in patients with primary glomerulonephritis of blood stasis type.Methods:1.Subjects:72 patients with hematuria of primary glomerulonephritis with blood stasis were collected strictly according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.72 patients were divided into treatment group and control group。2.Methods: 36 patients in the treatment group were treated with self-made Hematuria granule orally 15 minutes after breakfast and dinner,5g each time,while 36 patients in the control group were treated with Shenyankangfu tablets,8 tablets three times a day,and the course of treatment was 8 weeks.The physical and chemical examination indexes of the two groups before and after treatment,as well as the changes of the main and secondary symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine were compared,the curative effect was analyzed,and its effectiveness and safety were evaluated objectively.Results: in the treatment group,1 case fell off in 36 cases,with a total effective rate of85.71%,11 cases were clinically cured and 5cases were ineffective,while in the control group,36 cases in the nephritis rehabilitation tablet group fell off in 1 case,and the total effective rate was 65.71%,6 cases were clinically cured and 12 cases were ineffective;statistical test showed that P< 0.05 was statistically significant.In the treatment of TCM syndromes such as swarthy complexion,low back pain,purple tongue,limb numbness,skin nail error and other symptoms,the two groups were improved,but the clinical effect of Hematuria granule group was significantly better than that of nephritis rehabilitation tablet group.The difference was statistically significant P < 0.05.The treatment of urine red blood cell count(under high power visual field)in both groups decreased and improved to some extent,but the decrease index in Hematuria granule group was better than that in nephritis rehabilitation tablet,andthe difference was statistically significant P < 0.05.Through physical and chemical examination,it was found that there was no significant change in the safety indexes of the two groups after treatment.Conclusion: from the results of clinical study,it is proved that the curative effect of the treatment group on hematuria(blood stasis syndrome)of primary glomerulonephritis is obviously better than that of the control group.Hematuria granule can not only effectively reduce the urinary red blood cell count(high times).It can also improve the patients’ primary and secondary TCM syndromes(dark complexion,low back pain,purple tongue,limb numbness,skin nail error,etc.),and reduce the pain of the patients.Improve the comfort of life.Hematuria granule is an effective empirical prescription for the treatment of renal hematuria and blood stasis syndrome.TCM gives full play to the personalized treatment of patients on the basis of dialectical treatment of disease differentiation,and the clinical treatment is effective.
