Study On Quality Standards Of Sika Antler Pieces Based On Multi-component Analysis

Objective: Based on the current 2015 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(Part I)velvet standards compared with other local standards,the lack of inspection items makes it impossible to fully evaluate the quality of velvet velvet decoction pieces.Therefore,this subject is to further improve the quality evaluation of velvet antler decoction pieces,and to provide a reference basis for establishing the quality grade standards of velvet antler decoction pieces.Methods: By collecting velvet antler decoction pieces,based on the 2015 version of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia,based on the velvet antler items,combining with the literature and local standards,the quality standards for syring antler decoction pieces were drafted,including character analysis,identification,routine inspection,and content determination.Statistical analysis of effective index component data was performed to determine the grade of sika deer antler decoction pieces based on the range of relative correlation.Results: The identification of the sika deer antler decoction pieces are all genuine and meet the experimental requirements.Through data trend analysis,the higher the moisture,water-soluble extract,alcohol-soluble extract,total hormones,and total phospholipids,the better the quality of deer antler decoction pieces.The worse the quality of decoction pieces.The range of relative correlation is divided into grades of sika antler decoction pieces.First-class products: the relative correlation is less than 0.25;second-class products: the relative correlation is between 0.25 and 0.50;third-class products: the relative correlation is between 0.50 and 0.70;fourth-class Product: The relative correlation is greater than 0.70.Conclusion: Through statistical analysis of the content of each index component of the deer antler decoction pieces,the grade of deer antler decoction pieces was determined by the relative correlation range.The experiment is to increase the research basis and data support for establishing a complete,industry-accepted sika deer antler decoction piece grade standard,and it has promoted the establishment of the province’s authentic medicinal decoction piece grade standards.
