Cardiovascular Diseases are becoming more commonplace in modern societies. The cardiac modeling has received further attention in the medical imaging community during the last decade. In this paper,a novel method is proposed to reconstruct the left ventricle modeling from multi-planed short axis cardiac magnetic resonance(CMR)images and multi-radial long axis CMR images. The work is important in the support of heart blood flow simulation and electrocardiographic imaging.Realigning the short axis slices by assuming that the center of gravity of each short axis contour should almost coincide with the intersection line of three-chamber and four-chamber long axis images views.Using Cyclic DTW Contour algorithm to triangulate left ventricle, left ventricle inflow or left ventricle outflow tracts.Surfaces between LV inflow, outflow tracts and LV were triangulated via Convex Hull DTW algorithm.By applying Mitral-Apical methods, the contour of left ventricle in the multi-radial long axis CMR will be realigned. Then it will be used to reconstruct the left ventricle modeling based on virtual short axis imaging planes method.
