| Objective The purpose of this study was to treat patients with clinical Coronary slow flow phenomenon based on simple western medicine treatment,and plus Traditional Chinese Medicine Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo recipe based on simple western medicine treatment.And in this study,we compared the levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in the experimental group and the control group before and after treatment.And we compared the levels of low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C)in the experimental group and the control group before and after treatment.And in this study,we compared the levels of coronary blood flow velocity of the two coronary angiography patients before and after treatment.And in this study,we compared the levels of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome symptoms before and after treatment.And in this study,we compared chest pain frequency of the two coronary angiography patients before and after treatment.Through the methods described above,study the clinical efficacy and drug safety of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Yifang Huoxue Tongluo recipe for the clinical treatment of Coronary slow flow phenomenon.The purpose of the study is to provide experience and evidence for the prevention and treatment of Coronary slow flow phenomenon in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods The patients selected for this study were inpatients admitted to the Department of Cardiology,Guanggu District,Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to September 2019.These patients were patients who underwent coronary angiography and met the diagnostic criteria for coronary slow blood flow.A total of forty eight patients were collected.Random grouping according to statistical requirements,two groups of patients were divided into Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Recipe combined with conventional western medicine treatment group(test group)and western medicine treatment group alone(control group).Twenty four patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with basic western medicine based on commonly used western medicines that are effective in treating Coronary slow flow phenomenon in modern medicine.These western medicines mainly include:antiplatelet aggregation drugs;statins lipid-lowering drugs;drugs that improve myocardial energy metabolism.The patients in the test group were treated with the traditional Chinese medicine Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction on the basis of the control group.Chinese medicine Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction is taken twice a day,150 ml each time.The course of treatment for both groups of patients was 3 months.Compare the changes of the following indicators before and after treatment in the two groups.Comparison of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein levels between the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Comparison of LDL levels before and after treatment in the two groups of patients.Compare the number of blood flow frames of coronary angiography before and after treatment in the two groups of patients.Compare the clinical symptoms of Traditional Chinese Medicine before and after treatment in the two groups of patients.And compare the frequency and frequency of chest pain before and after treatment in the two groups of patients.At the same time,and we should closely monitor patients for serious adverse reactions(such as:allergic reactions)during treatment.Results1.There was no statistically significant difference in general information such as gender,age,and risk factors between the two groups of patients.The two groups of patients are statistically comparable.2.hs-CRP:The hs-CRP levels of patients in both groups decreased after treatment.But hs-CRP levels in the test group were lower than in the control group.The difference between the two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05).3.LDL-C:The LDL-C levels of patients in both groups decreased after treatment.The difference between the two groups is not statistically significant(P>0.05);4.CTFC:The Corrected TIMI framecount of coronary angiography after treatment was lower in both groups than before treatment.But The Corrected TIMI framecount levels in the test group were lower than in the control group.The difference between the two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05).5.The score of Traditional Chinese Medicine clinical symptom decreased after treatment in the two groups.And the reduced frequency and frequency of chest pain after treatment in both groups.But the score of Traditional Chinese Medicine clinical symptom in the test group were lower than in the control group.And the reduced frequency and frequency of chest pain in the test group were lower than in the control group.The difference between the two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Drug safety evaluation:There were no abnormalities in the blood routine,urine routine,stool routine,liver function,renal function,coagulation function in the two groups of patients before and after the study.Conclusion Traditional Chinese Medicine Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction combined with basic western medicine for patients with slow coronary flow diagnosed by coronary angiography.The therapeutic effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Recipe is better than that of western medicine alone.Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Recipe can significantly reduce the level of hs-CRP.Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Recipe can significantly reduce the number of corrected TIMI framecount.Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Recipe can significantly reduce the score of clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Recipe can significantly reduce the level and frequency of chest pain.The safety of the Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo recipe is very high during the entire experimental study to achieve the treatment process.No serious adverse drug reactions occurred in Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo recipe during the entire experimental study.This study illustrates the exact effect of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo recipe in clinical application.The Traditional Chinese Medicine Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo formula in this study can provide clinical evidence for the treatment of patients with slow coronary flow phenomenon using a combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine. |
