| Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Runchang Tongjiang ointment in the treatment of functional constipation(non-outlet obstruction type).Objective to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Runchang Tongjiang ointment in the treatment of functional constipation(non-outlet obstruction type),and to provide strong support for its clinical application.Methods 64 patients with functional constipation(non-outlet obstruction type)were included in the outpatient clinic of jingzhou hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from May 2018 to October 2019 at yan guangjun model worker innovation studio,after colonoscopy examination to exclude the intestinal implement qualitative sex pathological change,all cases are included in the standard,according to the patient’s doctor order number,and then grouped by random number table method,including 2 cases of treatment group and control group in 4 cases,the actual collection effective cases,58 cases were divided into treatment group 30 and control group 28 cases,two groups of patients in age,sex,duration,symptom scores before treatment there was no significant difference(P>0.05),comparable.The clinical symptom score,frequency of spontaneous defecation,stools and long-term efficacy of the two groups were analyzed.The experimental group took Runchang Tongjiang ointment(Astragalus,dangshen,Atractylodes macrocephala,Poria cocos,honey,hemp seed,plum seed,pine seed,cypress seed,peach seed,black sesame seed,Scrophularia,Ophiopogon japonicus,Prepared rehmannia root,Rehmannia,Herba Bupleuri,Yujin,Cyperus,Amomum,tangerine peel,pericarpium arecae,Angelica,Ejiao,jujube,lotus seed,longan meat,Platycodon grandiflorum,liquorice)twice a day,18 ml each time,30 minutes before breakfast and dinner,serve with lukewarm boiled water For 8 weeks.The control group was given 18 ml of Runchang Tongjiang ointment simulation agentTwice a day.After 4 weeks of continuous administration,Runchang Tongjiang ointment was used for 4 weeks.The method of administration was the same as before.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks and followed up for 2 weeks after discontinuation.At the same time,the blood,urine,stool routine,blood glucose,liver and kidney function and ECG were detected to evaluate the safety of the test.Results1.Comparison between the two groups before and after treatment :(1)Comparison of treatment group before and after treatment,(1)After 4 weeks of treatment,compared with before treatment,the total score of PAC-SYM,PAC-QOL scale,symptom score of all dimensions,stool character score,and frequency score of independent defecation all improved,with statistical differences(p<0.05).(2)8 weeks after treatment compared with 4 weeks after treatment,the PAC-QOL scale total score and each dimension symptom scores,defecate character grade,autonomous defecation frequency comparison was statistically significant(p < 0.05),curative effect increases with the extension of treatment cycle,PAC-SYMsymptoms scale total score and the scale of the feces,abdomen symptom scores more have statistical significance(p<0.05),the PAC-SYM scale rectum symptom scores in comparison with no statistical significance(p>0.05).(2)The control group was compared before and after treatment.(1)After 4 weeks of treatment,compared with before treatment,the PAC-SYM scale total score and each dimension symptom scores,defecate character grade,autonomous defecation frequency no statistical difference(p>0.05),the PAC-QOL scale total score and the scale of each dimension of fear and anxiety scores are statistically significant(p < 0.05),body discomfort,psycho-social discomfort,satisfaction score is no statistical difference(p>0.05).(2)After 8 weeks of treatment,compared with4 weeks of treatment,the total score of PAC-SYM and PAC-QOLscale,the symptom score of each dimension,the stool character score,and the frequency score of independent defecation all improved,showing statistical significance(p<0.05).2.Comparison between the two groups :(1)after 4 weeks of treatment,the total score of PAC-SYM,PAC-QOLscale,symptom score of each dimension,total score of PAC-QOLscale,fecal character score and frequency score of independent defecation in the two groups were statistically analyzed(p<0.05),and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(2)treatment group and control group after 8 weeks treatment,the two groups in the PAC-SYM total score,abdomen symptom scores of symptom and the scale of the feces are statistically significant(p<0.05),the curative effect of treatment group were superior tocontrol group,the rectum symptom scores is no statistical difference(p>0.05),the two groups in the PAC-QOL scale total score and the scale of body discomfort,fear and anxiety,satisfaction ratings are statistically significant(p<0.05),the curative effect of treatment group were superior to control group,psycho-social discomfort rating is no statistical difference(p>0.05),There was no significant difference between the two groups in the improvement of rectal symptoms and psychosocial discomfort after 8 weeks of treatment.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in fecal character score and spontaneous defecation frequency score(p < 0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.3.Follow-up comparison: in the treatment of 2 weeks after the end of follow-up,with eight weeks than treatment,the treatment group and control group in the PAC-SYM,PAC-QOL scale total score and each dimension symptom scores,defecate character grade,autonomous defecation frequency comparison had no statistical difference(p>0.05),shows that the two groups after 2 weeks at the end of the treatment to maintain the efficacy of the treatment period.Conclusion This study suggests that Runchang Tongjiang ointment has a definite clinical effect on the treatment of functional constipation(non-outlet obstruction type),which can not only improve the symptoms of constipation,but also better control the recurrence rate of diseases in patients,and is safe and effective in the treatment of this type of constipation. |
