A Clinical Observation Of Liangxue Xiaocuo Yin Based On Temporal Rhythm Treating For Disharmony Of Chong And Ren Channels Type Of Female Acne Vulgaris

Objective:Based on the view of "complying with time sequence",this study was to explore the clinical efficacy of Liangxue Xiaocuo Yin combined with temporal rhythm in the treatment of female acne vulgaris with disharmony of chong and ren channels.Methods:According to case requirements,60 eligible female acne vulgaris were included in this study,the number of experiment group and control group were 30 respectively.The experiment group was taken with Liangxue Xiaocuo Yin combined with temporal rhythm,the control group was taken with Cuochuanglin granules,two sets apply Meilu Xiaocuo ointment.4 weeks was a course of treatment,and two courses of treatment was used.The efficacy was determined by skin lesion score before treatment and 4 and 8 weeks after treatment.Meanwhile,Changes in TCM symptoms of two sets was observed.Before and after treatment,the serum testosterone,dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate,estradiol,sex hormone binding globulin,insulin-like growth factor 1 were detected.Finally,30 cases in experiment group and 28 cases in control group were completed trial course,and the data was processed and analysed by applying the spss statistical analysis software.Results:(1)The obvious curative rate in experimental group and control group were 66.67%and 42.86%respectively,there were significant differences between the two groups,the therapeutic regimen of the experimental group was more effective.(2)Both groups could effectively improve acne lesions,and both had been effective in the fourth week of treatment,but the experimental group had better effect than the control group.(3)When the course of treatment was completed,the TCM syndrome in the experimental group were significantly improved compared with those in the first visit,and were better than those in the control group.(4)After treatment,the serum levels of testosterone and dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate declined,and estradiol elevated,thereupon the ratio of testosterone to estradiol decreased,which was significantly different from that before treatment,and the improvement was more obvious than that of the control group,there was no significant change in serum levels of sex hormone binding globulin and insulin-like growth factor-1.The changes of above indicators were not significant in the control group before and after treatment.The experimental group could antagonize androgen,increase eatradiol level and improve the ratio of testosterone to estradiol.(5)Two cases had mild stomach discomfort in the test group,and relieved after adjusting the time to take medication.There was no serious adverse reaction in both groups.Conclusion:From the view of "complying with time sequence",for female acne vulgaris with disharmony of chong and ren channels,the therapeutic regimen that Liangxue Xiaocuo Yin combine with menstrual temporal rhythm was effective and safety,and it has clinical application value.
