| [Objective]Higher vocational nursing education focuses on the cultivation of students’application ability of basic knowledge and skills.The basic practical training course of higher vocational nursing is one of the core courses of higher vocational nursing education and one of the main courses to cultivate students’ application ability of professional knowledge and skills.Based on three-dimensional teaching target SPOC mixed teaching mode in higher vocation nursing training courses teaching effectiveness in the research,through the related education theory research,summarizes the necessity and feasibility of teaching research,to reform of higher vocational nursing teaching mode,the change of higher vocational teachers’ teaching idea,improve the quality of teaching,improve students’ learning interest and enthusiasm,cultivate students’ comprehensive vocational ability,strengthen the employment competitive power,as the foundation of higher vocational nursing training courses teaching reform and research provide a scientific reference.[Methods]1.Summarize the necessity and feasibility of teaching research through theoretical research on education and teaching,and master teaching methods and means applicable to SPOC teaching model based on 3d teaching objectives.2.In the teaching process,a teaching situation oriented to realize three-dimensional teaching objectives is set up to provide students with a scene of clinical work experience.Students’ professional feelings and attitudes are cultivated while their professional knowledge and skills are applied.3.By using the lottery method,random cluster sampling was carried out on class as units.Four classes were selected form 20 classes of nursing major at grade 18 in a vocational college in Anhui province as the research objects.Two classes with single number of sampling were the experimental group and two classes with double number of sampling were the control group.The experimental group adopts SPOC teaching mode based on 3d teaching objectives,while the control group adopts traditional classroom teaching mode.After the end of the teaching experiment,the theory and skills of the two groups of students were assessed,and the students’ satisfaction and learning effect were investigated by the self-designed questionnaire of satisfaction and teaching effect.Data results of the questionnaire survey were entered into Excel2013 after checking by two people.Then,SPAS S21.00 was used for data analysis.All data were normally distributed,and mean and standard deviation were used for measurement analysis.χ2 test was used to compare the qualitative data.P<0.05 indicated that the difference was statistically significant.[Results]1.After the teaching experiment,the theoretical and skill scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(t=4.651P<0.01,t=8.641 P<0.01).2.Students in the experimental group were significantly more satisfied with teaching than those in the control group.The survey results of teaching satisfaction were statistically analyzed form seven aspects:learning enthusiasm,application of theoretical knowledge,cooperative learning,communication between teachers and students,data collection,assessment methods and standards,and learning effect.The difference was statistically significant(x2=13.889 P<0.01、χ2=23.831 P<0.01、χ2=18.639 P<0.01、χ2=34.751 P<0.01、χ2=1 6.806 P<0.01、χ2=34.823 P<0.01、χ2=32.297 P<0.01).3.The learning effect of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The results of the study were statistically analyzed from three aspects:knowledge and skills,process and method,emotion and attitude,and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.766 p<0.05,t=6.216p<0.05,t=6.480 p<0.05).[Conclusion]SPOC mixed teaching mode based on the three dimensional teaching targets,effectively change the traditional teaching mode,improve the students’ learning interest and enthusiasm,improve the students’ theory,skills,achievement and teaching satisfaction,to cultivate the students’ professional emotions and attitudes,improve the teaching effect,comply with the demand of the current teaching reform in higher vocational nursing education,to meet the psychological needs of the higher vocational nursing students at present stage. |
