Objective: To explore the effect of positive psychological intervention on posttraumatic growth, daily living ability and psychological well-being of patients with first cerebral infarction, and to provide evidence for improving the physical and mental health of patients with cerebral infarction, improving daily living ability and achieving the best recovery state. Methods: 60 patients with first cerebral infarction who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria from February 2019 to October 2019 of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected. Both the experimental group and the control group had 30 cases.Routine nursing, including activity guidance, dietary guidance, safety care, and psychological care, based on this, the experimental group gave positive psychological intervention and gave 6 different themed activities during the hospitalization of the patient. The form of activity is a combination of "one-toone intervention" Group intervention,2 follow-ups after discharge from the hospital. The content of the intervention is based on positive psychological intervention for vent therapy, recall therapy, hope therapy, etc. The relevant evaluation indicators were collected after 2 weeks of intervention,1 month after intervention, and 3 months after intervention.Evaluate the improvement of post-traumatic growth level(C-PTGI),daily living ability(BI index),and happiness(Ryff Mental Happiness Scale)before and after intervention in both groups.Results:(1)After the intervention, all the research data of 53 patients were collected, including 4 cases in the control group and 3 cases in the test group.Fisher 's exact probability test was used to compare the withdrawal rates of the two groups. The results showed that the withdrawal rate of the two groups of patients was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).Before the intervention, the general baseline data of the two groups of patients were compared, and the results showed that there were no statistical differences in age, gender, income, education level, marital status, and neurological deficit between the two groups of patients(P> 0.05).(2)Immediately after the intervention, compared with the control group, the C-PTGI score and Ryff psychological well-being score of the experimental group were significantly improved, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).However,the BI score did not increase significantly, and the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).(3)The comparison results of the control group before and after the intervention showed that the C-PTGI score,BI score, and Ryff psychological well-being score were all statistically significant(P <0.05),the comparison results of the experimental group before and after the intervention showed that the C-PTGI score,BI score, and Ryff psychological well-being score were all statistically significant(P <0.01),and there was a time effect.(4)Repeated analysis of variance analysis showed that the interaction between the PTGI and Ryff psychological well-being scores of the patients before, immediately after the intervention,1 month after the intervention, and 3 months after the intervention had both the main effects and the time effects Statistical significance(P <0.01).Conclusions: Positive psychological intervention for patients with first cerebral infarction can promote the level of post-traumatic growth of patients and enhance their psychological well-being and daily living ability.Positive psychological intervention has good clinical practical value.
