Objective:The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between breast functional magnetic resonance imaging features and the expression of epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)and P120 catenin(P120ctn).It is hoped that non-invasive imaging studies will be used to evaluate the biological behavior of breast cancer and select treatment Methods and judgement of prognosis provide more possibilities.Materials and Methods:A retrospective study of 69 breast cancer patients from January 2017 to May 2019 in Jingzhou Central Hospital. All of them underwent magnetic resonance examination before surgery.Postoperatively, breast cancer was confirmed by pathology.Chemical examination,69 cases of breast cancer were female, all were single lesions.GE's Discveyvey MR750 3.0T MR scanner and breast-specific multi-channel phased array surface coils were used to perform T1WI,T2WI,sagittal,and diffusion-weighted imaging sequence axis for each breast cancer patient.Perform dynamic enhancement sequence axis position. After scanning, all images were uploaded to the PACS workstation. All images were reviewed by two experienced doctors, and the ADC value and morphology of breast cancer lesions were analyzed according to the BI-RADS MRI atlas recommended by the American Academy of Radiology(2013 edition),Edge, enhancement characteristics, early enhancement rate, and signal-time intensity curve(slow rise type, platform type, outflow type),etc. Finally,SPSS 21.0 statistical software was used for data analysis.X2 test was used for comparison of count data, analysis of variance was used for comparison of measurement data, and Spearman and pearson correlation analysis were used for correlation analysis.P<0.05 was statistically significant.Results:(1)Of the 69 breast cancer lesions,14 were round lesions,21 were oval lesions, and 34 were irregular lesions. There was no statistically significant difference in lesion morphology from the expression of P120ctn and EGFR(P>0.05).(2)In 69 cases, the margin of the lesion was clear in 18 cases, the margin of the lesion was irregular in 19 cases, and the margin of the lesion had burr signs in 32 cases. There was no statistically significant difference between the margin of the lesion and the expression of P120ctn and EGFR(P>0.05).(3)Of the 69 cases,13 cases were evenly enhanced,27 cases were circularly enhanced, and 29 cases were unevenly strengthened. The internal enhancement characteristics of the lesion were statistically different from the expression of P120ctn and EGFR(P<0.05),and the expression and uniformity of P120ctn There is a negative correlation of enhancement, and EGFR expression is positively correlated with uneven enhancement.(4)There were 10 cases of TIC curve type ?,28 cases of type ?,and 31 cases of type ?.There was no statistically significant difference between TIC curve and P120ctn expression(P>0.05),and EGFR expression was statistically significant(P<0.05),and TIC curve type ? is positively correlated with EGFR expression.(5)There were 36 cases of early enhancement rate?90%,and 33 cases of early enhancement rate<90%.The difference between the early enhancement rate of the lesion and the expression of P120ctn and EGFR was statistically significant(P<0.05).P120ctn and EGFR expression are positively correlated.(5)In 69 cases, the minimum ADC value was 0.20 × 10-3mm/s and the maximum ADC value was 1.54×10-3mm/s.The difference between the ADC value of the lesion and the expression of P120ctn and EGFR was statistically significant(P<0.05),negatively correlated with the expression of P120ctn and EGFR.(6)Of the 69 breast cancer cases,19 had abnormal expressions of P120ctn and EGFR at the same time,24 had normal expressions at the same time, only 19 had abnormal expression of P120ctn,and only 7 had EGFR positive expression.Spearman correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between the expression of P120ctn and EGFR in breast cancer tissues(r=0.281,P=0.019).Conclusions:1.The expression of EGFR in breast cancer tissues is positively correlated with uneven enhancement within the lesion,TIC curve, and early enhancement rate, negatively correlated with ADC value, and has no significant correlation with the shape of the lesion and the margin of the lesion.2.The abnormal expression of P120ctn in breast cancer tissue is negatively correlated with the uniform enhancement within the lesion, positively correlated with the early enhancement rate ADC value, negatively correlated with the ADC value, and has no significant correlation with the shape of the lesion, the edge of the lesion, and the TIC curve.3.There is a significant correlation between the abnormal expression of EGFR and P120ctn in breast cancer tissues.
