| Objective:Investigate the status of operational pain, pain fear, and psychological elasticity in wound patients;explore the relationship between operational pain, pain fear, and psychological elasticity in wound patients;and further analyze the influencing factors that affect operational pain in wound patients. Methods:The convenience sampling method was used in two tertiary hospitals in a city in Anhui Province to use a general data questionnaire, digital pain simulation scale, pain fear questionnaire, and psycho-elasticity questionnaire to survey 529 wound patients who met the exclusion criteria.Results:1.The pain fear score of wound patients was 80.33±17.70 points, with the highest degree of fear in the severe pain dimension. The overall degree of pain and fear of wound patients is higher.2.The total score of wound patients’ mental resilience was 60.88±14.56 points, and the resilience level of the toughness dimension was higher than that of the other two dimensions, while the overall mental resilience level of wound patients was lower.3.The score of operative pain degree of wound patients was 4.53±1.98 points, and the overall score was at the level of moderate pain.4.The degree of operative pain was positively correlated with the total score of fear of pain(r=0.581,P < 0.01),and negatively correlated with mental resilience(r=-0.483,P < 0.01).5.Multivariate analysis showed the regression equation of the patient’s first dressing change, pain fear, and psychological elasticity to enter the wound. The regression equation accounted for 59.4% of the total CRF variation.Conclusion:1.Patients with wounds have greater fear of pain, higher levels of operational pain, and lower psychological flexibility. We should strengthen management of pain fear, psychological elasticity, and operational pain.2.There was a positive correlation between pain fear and operational pain, and a negative correlation between psychological resilience and operational pain.It should make full use of its correlation to carry out nursing intervention for wound patients and reduce the level of operational pain in wound patients.3.Age,education,wound duration, number of dressing changes, and time since the last dressing change are the influencing factors of operational pain.Medical staff need attention in wound treatment.4.Whether the first dressing change, pain fear, and psychological resilience can predict the degree of operational pain.Whether the first dressing change, the fear of pain, and the effects of psychological resilience on operational pain deserve attention. |
