The Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Smoothing Lung And Phlegm Removal,expelling Wind And Stop Cough Methods In Treating Children' Allergic Cough(the Syndrome Of Wind Phlegm And Stagnation Of Lungs)

Research purposes:By observing the variety of the main symptoms such as the frequency of cough attacks and the degree of cough,and the symptoms of shortness of breath,expectoration,runny nose,itchy nose,throat swelling,appetite,stool,etc.,objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Smoothing lung and Phlegm removal,Expelling wind and Stop cough methods in treating allergic cough in children.Research method:Sixty children who met the inclusion criteria were selected clinically and divided into two groups.30 cases in each of the treatment group and the control group,the treatment group was given the basic formula of wind phlegm and stagnation of lungs syndrome:6-9g ephedra,6-10g bran fried silkworm,6-10g almond,6-9g perilla,6-10g Qianhu,6-10g Chinese bellflower,6-9g French pinelli,6-9g of peel,6-9g of cicada,6-10g of forsythia,3-6g of licorice,specific drug doses can increase and decrease with age,decoction,1 dose per day,boil twice per dose,drink once in the morning and evening;The control group was given Suhuangzhike capsule orally,2-5 years old,0.45 g/time,2 times/d;5-14 years old,0.9 g/time,2 times/d;1 treatment course every 7 days,a total of 2 treatment courses,during the course of treatment,there was no other drug intervention in both groups.By observing the improvement of children's main symptoms(cough degree,frequency of cough)and secondary symptoms(shortness of breath,expectoration,runny nose,itchy nose,red throat,appetite,stool)before and after treatment,the two groups were evaluated.The efficacy of the program and the overall efficacy are expected to broaden the thinking for the treatment of children with allergic cough.Research result:A total of 60 children with allergic cough who met the criteria were included in this study,30 cases in the treatment group and 30 in the control group.The analys is using SPSS24.0 statistical software showed that both the treatment group and the control group could improve the clinical symptoms of the children.In terms of improvement of the main symptoms(cough degree,cough frequency),both groups had significant effects(P<0.05),but the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05);In the improvement of each symptom,the treatment group had significant effects,while the control group had less significant effects in relieving runny nose and improving stool.In terms of comprehensive improvement of secondary symptoms,the treatment group was more advantageous than the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in efficacy between the two groups in the relief of nasal itching and bowel movements(P>0.05).In the final treatment group,10 patients were cured,15 were markedly effective,4 were effective,and 1 was ineffective.The more effective rate in the treatment group was 83.3%,and the total effective rate was 96.7%;The control group cured 4 patients,markedly improved 11 patients,9 patients were effective,and 6 patients were ineffective.The control group showed a more significant rate of 50%and an overall effective rate of 80.0%.There was a significant difference in the overall effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05).In conclusion:Smoothing lung and Phlegm removal,Expelling wind and Stop cough methods for children with allergic cough(wind phlegm and stagnation of lungs Syndrome)have good clinical efficacy,no obvious adverse reactions,safe and effective clinical application.
