The Clinical Observation In Treating Pediatric Anorexia Of Spleen Dysfunction Syndrome By Yunpi Kaiwei Fang

Objective:Through clinical observation of the effect of Carry yunpi kaiwei fang on treating infantile anorexia,it provides more clinical methods for treating infantile anorexia.Method:This experiment research by collecting outpatient service included in the standard of spleen health delivery type with a total of 58 cases,28 cases in treatment group and control group,30 cases,treatment group with yunpi kaiwei fang,the control group to zhaqu mixture,before treatment to collect clinical symptom integral evaluation of pre-operation,through continuous 4 weeks after treatment,the clinical symptoms of integral evaluation of pre-operation,through comparison of the two groups before and after the treatment the patient’s integral,and the result of statistics analysis.Result:①The integration of symptoms:after 4 weeks of treatment,Before and after treatment in appetite,food intake,complexion,spirit,emotions,belching hiccups,abdominal distension,abdominal pain,these symptoms,two groups were significantly improved,and the treatment group in appetite,food intake,belching hiccups,abdominal distension,abdominal pain symptoms improve effect is better than that of control group,in the face,spirit,defecate on these symptoms,two groups of children to improve the condition of no show,angular on the symptoms,and in the form in the two groups had no obvious improvement.②Curative effect of TCM symptoms:After 4 weeks of treatment,there were a total of 28 cases in the treatment group,among which 4 cases were cured,10 cases were significantly effective,13 cases were effective and 1 case was ineffective,with a total effective rate of 96.43%.In the control group,there were 30 cases,including 1 case was cured,2 cases were significantly effective,23 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 86.67%(P<0.05).The results were statistically significant.Conclusion:After 4 weeks’ observation of the curative effect,the experimental results showed that the two groups could significantly improve the symptoms of appetite,food intake,complexion,spirit,emotions,belching hiccups,defecate,but could not improve the patients’ physical emaciation.In addition,compared with zhaqu mixture,yunpi kaiwei fang is more effective in improving appetite,increasing food intake,improving belching and hiccup,abdominal distension and abdominal pain,and has no obvious advantage in complexion,mood and defecation.This experiment demonstrated the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine decoction in the treatment of children with anorexia,and added an effective clinical basis for the clinical application of yunpi kaiwei fang.
