| This study summarizes the current research progress of sumac seed oil in China from 6 aspects of geographical origin,variety,physical and chemical properties,fatty acid composition,extraction method and pharmacological efficacy of sumac.And carried out experiments to study the main fatty acid composition of 4 varieties of Nujiang seed oil and the pharmacological effects of Nujiang seed oil.It focuses on the research of pharmacological efficacy tests of lacquer seed oil on skin wound healing in mice,alcoholic liver injury in rats and the inhibitory effect on E.coli,analyzes the problems in the current research of lacquer seed oil and gives suggestions It is hoped that it can promote the further development of lacquer seed oil research and provide a theoretical reference for the subsequent research and industrial development of lacquer seed oil.Study on the main fatty acid composition of four varieties of sumac seed oil in Nujiang area.Using the seeds of four lacquer trees cultivated in Nujiang Zhaotong as test materials,the fatty acid components of lacquer oil and lacquer wax in lacquer seeds were determined and analyzed by Soxhlet extraction method and GC-MS method respectively.the result shows:① Lacquer oil is a fatty acid mainly composed of linoleic acid,and its unsaturated fatty acid content is as high as 60%.Lacquer wax is a palmitic acid-based fatty acid with a saturated fatty acid content of up to 70%.②The difference in the total amount of main fatty acids in lacquer oil and lacquer wax is small,only 0.16%.However,the content of main fatty acids varies greatly.The main fatty acids of lacquer oil are composed of 6 kinds of fatty acids such as linoleic acid,oleic acid,palmitic acid,stearic acid,linolenic acid and palmitoleic acid.The main fatty acids of lacquer wax are composed of five kinds of fatty acids,palmitic acid,oleic acid,stearic acid,eicosanedioic acid and arachidic acid.③The total unsaturated fatty acid content of lacquer oil and lacquer wax is very different.The main unsaturated fatty acid of lacquer oil accounted for 79.77%,while the main unsaturated fatty acid of lacquer wax accounted for less than 19.04%.⑤The four kinds of lacquer oil and lacquer wax have detected unique components,and there are obvious differences in the fatty acid composition of lacquer oil and lacquer wax.(2)Study on the healing effect of lacquer seed oil on skin wounds in ICR mice.By establishing a mouse scald model,applying a medicament in vitro,and administering it intragastrically,the ICR mice were fed until the wound was cured.During the observation,relevant indicators such as the mouse’s life status,weight measurement,and wound healing rate were observed,and animal skin samples were taken for pathological examination.The experiment found that the sumac seed oil has a slight effect on the wound healing of the mice.The healing area of the mice in the test group gradually surpassed the control group in the first half of the wound healing,and finally healed before the control group.(3)The protective effect of lacquer seed oil on acute alcohol liver injury in SD rats,to explore the effects of long-term consumption of lacquer seed oil on blood lipids and liver.Twenty-five SD rats were randomly divided into groups,and SD rats of each group were given corresponding treatments.During 22 days of feeding,the rats were weighed in batches,blood samples were sent for examination,and liver slices were taken.Detect the content of ALT,AST,TC,TG and blood routine in serum,make blood smears;measure the content of liver index,MDA and SOD,and make liver pathological slices to analyze the acute alcoholic liver injury of SD rats caused by lacquer seed oil effect.During the test period,the body weight growth rate of rats in the positive group was 85%,and the body weight growth rate of the model group was 60%;the body weight between each group was within 305.50±62.90 g,the liver mass was between 12.13 ± 3.43 g,and the liver index changed All are in the range of 3.18~4.43%(p>0.05);Compared with the model group,the ALT value of the paint low agent group,paint high agent group,and positive group decreased by 33.23%,46.09%,and 54.89%respectively,and the AST value of each group decreased by 27.78%,34.05%,and 48.70%compared with the model group;The white blood cell count of the positive group was 76.21%,52.13%,67.25%,and 46.69%lower than that of the paint low agent group,paint high agent group,model group,and blank group;compared with the blank group,the average MDA content of the model group increased by 79.39%.Compared with the model group,the average content of MDA in the paint low agent group decreased by 23.40%,and the average content of MDA in the paint high agent group decreased by 44.68%;the SOD value of the model group was more than double that of the other groups.The above shows that lacquer oil has a positive intervention effect on alcoholic liver injury in rats.(4)Study on the antibacterial effect of lacquer seed oil.By extracting the lacquer seed oil by the Soxhlet extraction method,it is mixed with the raw lacquer to prepare a thick compound medicine.After preparing the medium,activating the strains,preparing the suspension of bacteria,using the plate dilution method and agar punching method for investigate the inhibitory effect of sumac compound on E.coli to understand its anti-E.coli effect,It was found that the antibacterial effect of the lacquer seed oil compound agent was drug-resistant and hypoallergenic. |
