Research Objectives:To understand the cognition, emotion and behavior of graduate students whose major is related to medicine to some issues of biomedical research ethics, explore the factors affecting the cognition, emotion and behavior of graduate students and find the reasons for inconsistence of cognition, emotion and behavior. Finally, suggestions are put forward in order to improve the situation of teaching and postgraduate training in the future.Research Content:To understand the concept of biomedical research involving human beings, biomedical research ethics and researches on some issues of biomedical research ethics at home and abroad by referring to some literatures.Than to draw up questionnaire on the basis of literature review.By the Delphi method,to determine the factors affecting the cognition, emotion and behavior of postgraduates in medical related majors on biomedical research ethics, and determine the questionnaire with the results of reliability and validity test.Next,a survey is conducted among graduate students.According to the scores of the respondents in cognitive, emotional and behavioral performance, the number of qualified and unqualified students are divided. To explore the factors affecting the cognition, emotion and behavior of graduate students from basic personal information, learning experience, participation in biomedical researches and publication by using descriptive statistical analysis, logistic regression analysis,chi-square test based on contingency table data, pearson correlation coefficient analysis and mediating effect test.According to the results of the survey, some respondents are interviewed.Based on the results of questionnaire survey and interview,to find out the problems and put forward suggestions.Research Results:For individual factors of graduate student,it is found that attitude of female students to some issues of biomedical research ethics are more positive than male students, attitude of master degree candidate are more positive than doctoral candidate, cognition and behavior of third-grade students are better than second-grade students. For factors of learning experience, cognition and behavior of the respondents who have attended relevant lectures are better. For factors of participation in biomedical researches, cognition and behavior of the respondents who have participated in researches as subjects are better, attitude of the respondents who have participated in researches as researchers are more negative, the behavior of peers have a positive impact on the behavior of the respondents. For factors of publication,Whether academic articles are published according to the data obtained from the research and whether the ethical review certificate of consent to the research is required every time when the paper is submitted to the journal,it has no influence on the cognition, emotion and behavior of the respondents.Research Conclusion:This study puts forward suggestions from three aspects:colleges and universities should strengthen the construction of ethical courses, innovate the teaching methods and contents, encourage the development of various forms of ethical education activities, and enrich the practical contents of graduate students. At the level of tutor, the role of example should be played actively and the motivation of graduate students should be correct. In terms of academic environment, biomedical journals should focus on the research ethics of academic journals and the implementation of research ethics can be tried to include into the evaluation of graduate students.
