Research On Influencing Factors And Countermeasures Of Scientific Research Ethics Cognition And Implementation Among Nursing Staff

Objective:Through a questionnaire survey understood the research ethics of cognition situation and the status of implementation of clinical paramedic,to explore the influence factors of the research ethics awareness and implementation of nursing staff.Putting forward the corresponding countermeasures,and provide the realistic basis for strengthening the clinical nursing research ethics review mechanism construction.Method:Literature analysis method: Reading the literature,laws and regulations related the research ethics to draw up a questionnaire items.Expert group discussion: Experts included clinical nursing specialists,nursing researcher,ethical review experts,nursing research and management experts.The expert group discussed the validity and rationality of the questionnaire items,and amended the entries.Questionnaire survey: Choosing the clinical nurses in 14 hospitals in the 7 areas,and using the self-made scale <nursing research ethics cognition and implementation of questionnaire investigation>.Statistical methods: Survey data was entered and analyzed in Excle13.0 and SPSS22.0statistical software.Result:The survey gave out 1400 questionnaires,and recovered 1317 questionnaires that included 1158 valid questionnaires.The recovery rate of the questionnaire was 94.1%,and the questionnaire response rate was 87.9%.1.Research ethics cognition of the nurses: only 12.4% nursing staff know research ethics related knowledge,25.6% nursing staff know research ethics norms,28.1% of nurses understand the ethics committee relevant knowledge.31.4% of the nursing staff received training in nursing research ethics(course),The organization of training institutions give first place to school(76.9%).31.4% related knowledge(course),including the The main influencing factors of nursing staff to participate in training is the main task of clinical nursing work(85.26%).In the cognitive score of research ethics,age 31-44 years old groups of nursing staff ethics knowledge,ethics organization knowledge was the highest;16-20 years of nursing staff ethics knowledge,ethics committee relevant knowledge is higher than other age groups.As nursing education;master degree in ethics cognitive scores is higher than the other education groups;the professional title,the charge nurse ethics regulations Range of knowledge,ethical institutions knowledge scores were higher than those of other titles from the group;Department of distribution,oncology nurses in the ethics knowledge is the highest score,followed by surgery,gynecology,pediatrics,geriatrics,psychiatry,ICU,emergency department,internal medicine,Department of traditional Chinese medicine.2.The implementation of nursing staff in research ethics: 0.3% of the nursing staff can perform the main research ethics program.The main research ethics program is divided into four parts,of which the subjects protection part(29.7%),part of the informed(4.8%),consent examination program execution part(2.6%)Science(1.7%).Scores of nursing research ethics of different characteristics were statistically significant(P<0.01).From the age distribution,the age group of 31-44 nursing research ethics perform better;From work experience,11-15 years group of nursing research ethics perform better than other groups of nurses;from the academic perspective,a master’s degree in nursing staff of research ethics perform better from the other;the charge nurse research ethics perform better than other professional groups of nursing staff;from the Distribution Department,oncology nurses research ethics executive gets the highest score.3.Influence factors of research ethics awareness and implementation.different age,nursing age,education,professional title,attitude,departments,whether involved in scientific research and training of nursing staff in research ethics cognition and research ethics execution score difference have statistical significance(P<0.01).The main influencing factors of the cognitive research ethics of nursing staff from large to small is as follows attitude,training,professional title,Department,main factors affecting the implementation of nursing staff in research ethics,from large to small is training degree,title,attitude.Conclusion:Nursing staff have a good attitude,can actively thinking about issues related to research ethics in nursing scientific research.At the same time they are lack of nursing research ethics review procedure knowledge and knowledge of nursing research ethics.Our awareness and implementation of the status is not optimistic.The influencing factors of nursing staff research ethics awareness and implementation are the professional title,Department,training the attitude,different levels,we should aim at different departments,different levels of nursing staff to carry out scientific research to promote knowledge,ethics to help clinical nursing research safeguard subjects in the protection of rights and interests.
