Objective:In order to improve the clinical efficacy of chronic anal fissure, reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications and sequelae, and reduce the recurrence rate,a comparative study of simple longitudinal transverse suture treatment for chronic anal fissure was designed to provide a basic treatment for chronic anal fissure by the primary anorectal surgeon.Kinds of methods. Methods:From January 2018 to October 2019,he was hospitalized in the Department of Anorectal Medicine of the Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College and was diagnosed with chronic anal fissure.According to the diagnostic criteria and exclusion criteria,60 cases meeting the standard were included. They were randomly divided into 1:1 groups and divided into observation group(simple longitudinal transverse suture)30 cases and control group(anal fissure resection)30 cases.Observe and record the postoperative efficacy, operation time, length of hospital stay, complications, anal function measurement data, recurrence rate and other aspects of the two groups of patients. The safety of the two procedures is determined by comparing the diameter of the anus before and after the operation of the two groups of patients Sex.Results:The operation time, hospitalization days, postoperative pain, wound healing time, etc.of the observation group and the control group were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the operation time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group. The diameter of the anus before and after the operation in the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The diameter of the anus in the two groups increased after the operation, but was normal after the operation. The contrast of anal diameter was reduced to varying degrees, but it did not affect normal bowel movements. The comparison of postoperative anal diameter between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Postoperative edema, infection, urinary retention,etc.(P>0.05)were not statistically significant. Conclusion:Both simple longitudinal transverse suture and anal fissure resection can cure chronic anal fissure, and the complications and sequelae are rare.Simple longitudinal transverse suture is superior to anal fissure resection in postoperative pain and recovery time, and the two surgical methods are safe.Simple longitudinal transverse suture has less recurrence, quick recovery and easy to master,so it has the value of popularization and application in grass-roots anorectal department.
