| ObjectiveTo study the distribution of Serum total cholesterol(TC),Triglyceride(TG)、Blood Glucose(GLU)and Body Mass Index(BMI)among physical examination personnel in Suzhou Industrial Park, and the impact of cholesterol, triglycerides, and blood glucose indicators on BMI,to provide help and guidance for the further promotion of the health of factory personnel in Suzhou Industrial Park.MethodsSuzhou Industrial Park Medical Examination Center is the main physical examination organization for employees in the park. The survey targets employees of the Suzhou Industrial Park Center for Disease Control and Prevention for the annual inspection of employees.Cholesterol, triglycerides and blood glucose were measured for employees in each unit of the Suzhou Industrial Park.Detection, measurement of height and weight, collected a total of 16421 participants. The distribution of cholesterol, triglyceride, blood glucose and BMI and the correlation between cholesterol, triglyceride, blood glucose and BMI were analyzed across different ages and genders. After cleaning the data,we used spss 22.0 for statistical analysis, used t test and analysis of variance to compare measurement data between different groups, and used regression analysis to carry out correlation analysis of each indicator and BMI.Results1.In the male group, the average level of TG(1.31±1.02mmol/L),TC(4.18±0.80mmol/L),GLU(4.97±0.47mmol/L),and BMI(23.15±3.7kg/m2)group is lowest in people 17-30 years old;the average level of TG(1.92±1.46mmol/L)and BMI(24.79±2.89kg/m2)is highest in the population of 40-49 years old,and the average level of TC(4.79±0.89mmol/L)and GLU(5.56±1.45mmol/L)is highest in the population of 50-75 years. In the female group, the average level of TC(1.02± 0.70mmol/L),TG(4.27±0.79mmol/L),GLU(4.89±0.54mmol/L)and BMI(22.52±3.26kg/m2)is lower than those of the other three groups, and the average level of TG(1.02 ± 0.70mmol/L),GLU(4.89±0.54mmol/L)and BMI(22.52±3.26kg/m2)are greater than those in the 50-75years old group. The average TC is highest.2.Among men and women, the TG,TC and GLU indexes increased with the increase in BMI.The levels of TG(2.34±1.79mmol/L),TC(4.73±0.85mmol/L)and GLU(5.28±0.73mmol/L)in the obese group were highest among all groups.Except for the leaner group, the TC(4.06±0.66mmol/L)result ratio of women was higher.Males had higher TG,TC and GLU than females in other groups.Among males and females,TG,TC and GLU were statistically different in different BMI groups(P<0.001).3.TG、TC and GLU were divided into three groups according to different levels, and divided into four groups:lean, normal, overweight, and obesity according to different BMI values.with the increase of TG、TC and GLU indicators, the composition ratio of overweight and obesity groups was also increasing.Of the lean group, the TG<0.86 mmol/L composition ratio was highest(65.2%),the TC<3.97 mmol/L composition ratio was highest(53.9%)and the GLU<4.77 composition ratio was highest(44.8%);in the obese group, the TG>1.45 composition ratio was highest(65.1%),the TC<4.67 composition ratio was highest(48.9%),and the GLU>1.45composition ratio was highest(48.5%).The distribution of TG、TC and GLU among different BMI is statistically different(P<0.05).4.Using TG,TC and GLU as independent variables, and BMI as a dependent variable, and including possible covariates such as age and gender, multiple linear regression analysis showed that TG,TC and GLU had a linear relationship with BMI(P<0.05).TG had the largest impact on BMI(0.248 for males and 0.259 for females).5.Logistic regression analysis showed that when the TC was abnormal, the incidence of obesity was 1.26 times higher than that in normal group(OR=1.26,95%CI 1.04-1.53),when the TG was abnormal, the incidence of obesity was 3.97 times higher than that in normal group(OR=3.97,95%CI 3.66-4.30),when the GLU was abnormal, the incidence of obesity was 2.15 times higher than that in normal group(OR=2.15,95%CI 1.75-2.30).The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion1.TG,TC,GLU and BMI in male population were higher than those in female population.Except for the highest TG in the male 40-49 age group, the levels of TG,GLU and BMI all increased with age.2.With the increase of BMI,the TG,TC and GLU levels of male and female populations also increased. In the obese group, the TG,TC and GLU levels were the highest.he lean group, the TC result of women was higher than that of men;in the normal group, the super-recombination group and the obesity group, the TC level of women was lower than that of men.In all groups, men had higher TG and GLU levels than women in the same BMI group.3.Increased levels of TG,TC and GLU may be risk factors for obesity. The levels of TG,TC,GLU and BMI are closely related. In this physical examination, the effect of TG on BMI is more than that of TC and GLU on BMI. |
