| Objectives:To investigate the clinical effect of prepuce cerclage in children under local infiltration anesthesia at the distal end of the prepuce.Methods:A retrospective study was conducted to select patients with phimosis between 5 and 12 years who were admitted to the urology department of our hospital from January 2016 to September 2018.According to different surgical methods,the children were divided into three groups:circumcision group(group A),sleeve circumcision group(group B)and prepuce cerclage(group C).According to different anesthesia methods,patients in group C were divided into three groups:penile root nerve block anesthesia group(C1 group),ketamine basic anesthesia group(C2 group),and prepuce distal local infiltration anesthesia group(C3 group).General data of the children were collected,including the total duration of anesthesia,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative swelling,analgesic adverse reactions,and general anesthesia complications.SPSS20.0 software was used to process the data.Results:1.The intraoperative blood loss of group C was significantly less than that of group A and group B,the operative time of group C was significantly shorter than that of group A and group B,the postoperative swelling time of group C was significantly shorter than that of group A and group B,and the number of postoperative bleeding cases of group C was significantly less than that of group A and group B,and the difference was statistically significant(both P<0.05).2.The number of postoperative swelling in C3 group was less than that in C1 group,the total duration of anesthesia in C3 group was significantly shorter than that in C2 group,and the general anesthesia complications in C3 group were significantly less than that in C2 group,with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).Conclusions:1,In the surgical treatment of pediatric phimosis and overlong prepuce,compared with circumcision and sleeve circumcision,prepuce cerclage has advantages in intraoperative blood loss,operative time,postoperative swelling and postoperative bleeding.2,Local infiltration anesthesia at the distal end of prepuce is superior to nerve block anesthesia at the root of penis in postoperative swelling and ketamine based anesthesia in total duration of anesthesia and general anesthesia complications.Therefore,application of local infiltration anesthesia at the distal end of prepuce in prepuce ligation has advantages.3,Prepuce cerclage under local infiltration anesthesia at the distal end of the prepuce can be used clinically. |
