The Expression And Clinical Significance Of ??T Lymphocytes In Colorectal Cancer Tissues

Aims:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of ??T lymphocytes in colorectal cancer tissues.Methods:Tissue microarray,composed of 90 colorectal cancer samples,was used to analyze the expression of ??T and CD8+T lymphocytes in colorectal cancer tissues by immunohistochemistry.The Wilcoxon test was used to analyze the differential expression of ??T and CD8+T lymphocytes in cancer and para-carcinoma tissues.A chi-square test was used to investigate the relationship between expression and clinic pathological parameters.The correlation between ??T lymphocytes levels and CD8+T lymphocytes levels in colorectal cancer tissues was analyzed by Spearman method.The prognosis of patients with colorectal cancer was explored by Kaplan-Meier survival analysis.COX regression model was used to analyze the prognostic factors of colorectal cancer.Results:There is no significant difference in the expression of ??T lymphocytes and CD8+T lymphocytes in colorectal cancer tissues and para-carcinoma tissues.The expression of ??T lymphocytes in colorectal cancer tissues is negatively correlated with the clinical stage of colorectal cancer,and not statistically significant in the age,sex,tumor size and N stage of colorectal cancer.The expression of CD8+T lymphocytes is not statistically significant in the age,sex,tumor size,N stage and clinical stage of colorectal cancer.There is a positive correlation between y8T lymphocytes expression and CD8+T lymphocytes expression in colorectal cancer tissues.The prognosis of patients with high expression of ??T lymphocytes is better,and not statistically significant in the expression of CD8+T lymphocytes.COX regression model analysis showed that ??T lymphocytes are an independent factor in evaluating the prognosis of colorectal cancer.Conclusion:The expression level of ??T lymphocytes in colorectal cancer tissues is closely related to the prognosis of colorectal cancer patients.And the results reveal the value of ??T lymphocytes in evaluating the prognosis of colorectal cancer patients.
