Objective:To study the relationship between HIF-1? in the serum of patients with CKD and fibrosis index P?NT and other important clinical indicators,to explore the correlation between HIF-1? and the progression of chronic kidney disease. Methods:A random sample of 63 patients with chronic kidney disease who w-ere treated at the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects. The s-ubjects were grouped according to the chronic kidney disease stage which wsa proposed by the KDOQI guidelines. The 30 patients with CKD stage 1 to 2 w-ere divided into group A,The 17 patients with CKD stage 3 were group B,T-he 16 patients with CKD stage 4-5 were divided into group C.The contents of HIF-1? and type ? procollagen amino-terminal peptide in patients' blood were measured by ELISA.At the same time, clinical data of patients were collected i-ncluding age, gender, blood routine, blood biochemistry(kidney function, liver function, blood lipids, ions)and 24-hour urine protein.Statistical analysis was performed by SPSS 19.0 software.Results:1.Comparison of HIF-1? among group A,B and C:After analysis of variance, and then compare them one by one,HIF-la in group A(14.47±6.50 pg/ml)was significantly lower than that in group C(31.22±10.16pg/ml),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).HIF-1? in group B(16.03±4.55 pg/ml)was significantly lower than that in group C(31.22±10.16 Pg/ml),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of P?NT among group A,B and C:After analysisof variance, and then compare them one by one,P?NT in group A(8.66±3.12 ng/ml)was significantly lower than that in group C(17.01±4.90 ng/ml)(P<0.05)and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).P?NT in group B(9.77±2.21 ng/ml)was significantly lower than that in group C(17.01 ± 4.90ng/ml)(P<0.05)and the difference was statistically significant.3.Correlation between HIF-1? and P?NT,renal function:according to Pearson correlation analysis,HIF-1? was positively correlated with P?NT,SCR,BUN(P<0.05),and negatively correlated with GFR(P<0.05).4.Correlation between HIF-1? and other clinical indexes:according to Pearson correlation analysis,HIF-la was positively correlated with ?-GT(P<0.05),neg-atively correlated with HB,PLT and CA(P<0.05),and was not correlated with NLR,PLR,ALB,TG,HDL and 24-hour urine protein(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.HIF-1? is related to the increase of serum fibrosis index P?NT and the severity of CKD,suggesting that HIF-1? may participate in the process of renal interstitial fibrosis;2.HIF-1? is negatively correlated with HB,suggesting that as the renal functi-on deteriorates and renal anemia worsens, the expression of HIF-1? increases,in-dicating that HIF-1? is related to the degree of CKD renal anemia;3.HIF-1? is negatively correlated with serum calcium, suggesting that HIF-1?induced hypoxic response may be involved in blood calcium in CKD patients;4.HIF-1? was positively correlated with ?-GT,suggesting that HIF-la particip-ates in the oxidative stress process of CKD;5.HIF-1? participates in the progression of CKD disease and can be used as one of the indicators for early evaluation of CKD.
