Clinical Study On Bushen Huoxue Recipe To Improve Ovarian Reserve In Patients With Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis By Regulating Oxidative Stress

Objective:This topic compares the serum oxidative stress indicators of DOR patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type and healthy women,explains the oxidative stress state of DOR patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,discusses the regulation of oxidative stress by Bushen Huoxue prescription,and effectively improves the ovaries of patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis The clinical effect and possible mechanism of reserve function provide a practical and reliable objective basis for the clinical application of Bushen Huoxue Recipe.Method:Including 30 patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type DOR who were treated in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Suzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2018 to March 2020,and 30 women with health screening were divided into DOR group and healthy group.The DOR group was treated with Bushen Huoxue Decoction to observe the oxidative stress indexes(SOD,MDA,CAT),reproductive hormone levels(FSH,FSH/LH,E2),ovarian sinusfollicle count(AFC),ovarian diameter(OVD)and before and after treatment Changes in clinical symptoms of kidney deficiency and blood stasis.Result:(1)Oxidative stress indicators:Compared with the healthy group,the serum SOD and CAT levels of the DOR group before treatment decreased significantly,and the MDA level increased significantly,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.0);compared with before treatment,DOR After treatment,the levels of serum SOD and CAT increased compared with before,and the levels of MDA decreased compared with before.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Reproductive hormone levels:Compared with before treatment,the serum FSH?FSH/LH levels of patients in the DOR group decreased after treatment,and the E2level increased from before.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)(3)Sinus follicle count(AFC)and ovarian diameter(OVD):Compared with before treatment,AFC in patients in the DOR group increased significantly after treatment(P<0.05);OVD also increased significantly(P<0.05),the differences were all has statistical significane(4)Clinical syndromes:The efficacy of TCM syndromes in the DOR group was 93.33%;compared with before treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes of DOR patients decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.01),the difference was statistically significant.(5)Clinical effectiveness:In this study,30 patients were included,2 were cured,7 were markedly effective,18 were effective,and 3 were ineffective.The total effective rate was 90.00.Conlusion:1.Oxidative stress is involved in the pathological process of DOR.2.Bushen Huoxue Recipe can effectively improve the anti-oxidative stress ability of patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type DOR,thereby improving ovarian reserve function.
