A Clinical Study On Bushen Zhuchao Ricipe In The Treatment Of Diminished Ovarian Reserve Caused By Deficiency Of Kidney And Blood Stasis Type

Objiective:This subject adopts the Bushen Zhuchao Recipe to treat Diminished Ovarian Reservation?DOR?in patients with deficiency kidney and blood stasis type,by observing the patients before and after the treatment of TCM syndrome integration,and the various detection indexes?FSH,LH,E₂,AMH?,to evaluate the clinical curative effect,clarify the therapeutic effect of the Bushen Zhuchao Recipe on the patients with deficiency kidney and blood stasis type.Methods: All cases in this study were from the out patients of the department of gynecology,Nanping People's Hospital,Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,from January 2018 to December 2018.A total of 60 Patients with DOR were included and were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group and control group,30 cases for each.The treatment group was treated with Bushenzhuo Recipe,and the control group was treated with Femoston.After treatment for 3 courses,the changes of TCM syndrome integration and the various detection indexes,before and after treatment,were observed.Result: 1.General comparison: there was no significant difference in age distribution,TCM syndrome integration and serum hormone level between the two groups before treatment?P>0.05?,which was comparable.2.Comparison of TCM syndrome integration : Except infertility,the remaining single syndromes integration and the total syndromes integration were significantly different between the two groups?P<0.05?,before and after treatment,the clinical symptoms of patients with DOR,both the treatment group and the control group,could be improved.The two groups had similar efficacy in improving amenorrhea,infertility,dizziness and tinnitus,hot flashes and sweating,and decreased libido?P>0.05?.The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group in improving blood clots with dark menstrual color,menstrual volume,pale tongue or petechiae with dark purple edge,fine pulse or astringency,and total syndrome integration.While the control group was better at improving the menstrual cycle.3.Comparison of serum hormone levels: after treatment,the levels of FSH,LH,FSH/LH in the two groups decreased,while the levels of AMH and E₂ increased,which were significantly different from those before treatment?P<0.01?.Compared with the control group,there were significant differences in the improvement of AMH,FSH,E₂ and FSH/LH in the treatment group?P<0.01?,which indicate that the Bushen Zhuchao Recipe was significantly better than Femoston in increasing AMH and E₂,decreasing FSH and FSH/LH.However,there was no significant difference in LH reduction between the two groups?P>0.05?,which indicate that the two groups had similar efficacy in LH reduction.4.Comparison of curative effect of the TCM: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,and that of the control group was 83.3%,with significant difference between the two groups?P<0.01?,which indicate that the effect of the Bushen Zhuchao Recipe in improving TCM syndromes is better than that of Femoston.Conclusion:The Bushen Zhuchao Recipe not can enhance the clinical symptoms and the quality of life of patients with DOR;can also improve the hormone level and the ovarian function of patients with DOR.
