Clinical Observation Of Bushen Jiangzhuo Decoction For The Treatment Of Chronic Kidney Disease With Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney Anddampness And Turbid Internal Accumulation

Objective:Observe the effect of Bushen Jiangzhuo Decoction on the kidney function of patients with chronic kidney disease with spleen and kidney loss and wet turbidity,and explore the efficacy and safety of renal turbidsoup on chronic kidney disease 3Methods:According to the requirements of the experiment,60 patients were randomly divided into two groups,30 in the treatment group and 30 in the control group.The treatment group was combined with Bushen Jiangzhuo Decoction on the premise of basic treatment,and the control group was changed from Decoction to Niaoduqing granules.After 4 weeks and 8 weeks,the TCM symptom score,clinical efficacy,serum creatinine(SCR),urea nitrogen(BUN)and endogenous creatinine clearance(CCR)levels of patients in different groups were compared.At the same time,statistical methods were used to analyze the data to compare the efficacy differences between the two groupsResults:1.After 4 weeks of clinical treatment,there was statistical difference in the clinical efficacy of the two groups(P<0.05),but there was no statistical difference in the total score of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndromes and the efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndromes(P>0.05),and there was no statistical difference in the improvement of Ccr and Scr(P>0.05),and BUN was treated.2.After 8 weeks of clinical treatment,there were statistical differences in the clinical efficacy of the disease,the total score of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)symptoms,and the efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndromes between the two groups(P<0.05);there were also statistical differences in the improvement of Ccr,Scr,BUN(P<0.05)Conclusion:1.Bushen Jiangzhuo decoction can significantly reduce the level of blood creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),improve the patient's endogenous creatinine clearance rate(Ccr);2.Bushen Jiangzhuo decoction can improve the clinical symptoms,TCM syndrome efficacy,alleviate the discomfort of patients,improve the quality of life;3.The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine decoction Bushen Jiangzhuo decoction is obviously better than oral Uuduqing granule after 8 weeks of treatment,but there is no significant difference between the two after 4 weeks of treatment.
