In this study,a strong acid-resistant and tissue-adhesive biomaterial was prepared, which could effectively adhere to the gastric ulcers and the retention time in stomach was up to 48 hours.b FGF was loaded in sunflower pollen wall?SEC?and modified with Ca CO3 layer and polydopamine layer. The new functional biomaterials could release b FGF at the edge of the ulcer, thereby promoting angiogenesis and ulcer repair.Firstly, the outer wall of the sun flower pollen was extracted and b FGF was loaded into the cavity of the pollen wall. Then, its surface was modified with a layer of Ca CO3.Using the binding property of polydopamine,a layer of polydopamine was firmly bound to the surface of Ca CO3 to prepare polydopamine-calcium carbonate-sunflower pollen wall-b FGF particles?b FGF@pc SEC?.The morphology and performance of the particles were tested by scanning electron microscope,EDS energy spectrum, ultraviolet spectrum detection, particle color detection, photothermal performance, and thermogravimetric analysis.Biocompatibility was subsequently evaluated by the release of b FGF.An ethanol-induced acute gastric ulcer model in BALB/c mice was established. After starvation for 24 hours, the gastric gastric mucosal lesions model was induced by intragastric administration of 75%ethanol.The mice were randomly divided into four groups:the saline group, the b FGF solution group, the pc SEC group and the b FGF@pc SEC group. After 14 days of administration, the repairment of gastric ulcer was observed, and relevant staining and pathological evaluation of the tissue were performed.Mice in each group were stained with HE,Masson and PAS to evaluate the effect of gastric ulcer repair.HSP70,Bax,Bcl-2,LC3protein immunohistochemistry and TUNEL staining were used to evaluate gastric tissue apoptosis and autophagy.TGF-?and Ki67 protein immunohistochemical were used to evaluate tissue proliferation and TNF-?immunohistochemical was used to evaluate the inflammation of gastric tissues.
