Expressionn Of Survivin,TGF-α,hst-1/bFGF In Gastric Carcinoma

Purpose: The expression of Survivin, transforming growth factor alpha(TGF- α ) , basic Fibroblast Growth Factor(bFGF) was detected in gastric carcinoma tissue and normal gastric tissue, study the relationship of prognosis and metastasis of gastric carcinoma and the diognosis value of three part in gastric carcinoma tissue. Methoth: Detect the expression of Survivin, TGF- α, bFGF in 88 examples gastric adenocarcinoma (include 33 examples high differentiated adenocarcinoma, 11 examples middle differentiated adenocarcinoma and 44examples low differentiated adenocarcinoma,59 examples gastric adenocarcinoma with lymph node metastasis) and 88 examples normal mucosa by immunohisto-chemistry technique(S-P).The immunohistochemistry stain was analyzed by image software and SPSS statistic software. Result:The immunohistochemical study found Survivin expression in 57.27% of gastricadenocarcinoma ,and in 17.06% of normal mucosa. they have significant difference ( X2 = 24.111,P < 0.05 ) . There was no significant statistical correlation between Survivin expression and clinical features(e.g.patients age,sex,race,drinking smoking and lymph node metastasis), ( P > 0.05 ) ,but There was significant statistical correlation between Survivin expression and pathologic features(e.g.,tumor stage,grade). The positive stain of TGF- α in gastric adenocarcinoma and normal gastric mucosa expresses respectively for 65.91%, 43.18%, they have significant difference ( X2=5.830,P < 0.05 ) .There wassignificant statistical correlation between TGF- a expression and pathologic features(e.g.,tumor stage,grade and lymph node metastasis ),(P < 0.05 ) .The positive expression rate of bFGF in gastric adenocarcinoma and normal gastric mucosa is separately 71.59%,38.62%,they have significant difference ( X2=19.316,P < 0.05 ) .There was significant statistical correlation between bFGF expression and pathologic features(e.g.,tumor stage,grade and lymph node metastasis ),(P < 0.05). Conclusion :Survivin , TGF- α, bFGF are related with gastric adenocarcinoma occurrence, advance and lymph node metastasis.They may play important role in gastric adenocarcinoma occurrence and metastasis and prognosis.
