Objective:The serum levels of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and TOLI-like receptor 4 (TLR-4)in patients with liver cirrhosis were examined by various methods to investigate their changes and clinical significance in the serum of patients with liver cirrhosis.Methods:(1) By searching Chinese academic journal full-text Database (CNKI),Wanfang Scientific Journal full-text Database,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database (CBM),VIP Chinese journal full-text Database,Pubmed and Web of Library science self-built time published in June 2019 and polysaccharide on serum lipid and liver cirrhosis patients with liver cirrhosis correlation literature and toll-like receptor 4 literature correlation with liver cirrhosis patients with liver cirrhosis and are incorporated into the literature contains cirrhosis group and healthy controls, mean and standard deviation of the extract and finishing effect of each index,USES the Review after the merger statistic Manager 5.3 software, again through the I2 according to the results of its heterogeneity, choose the corresponding effect model, for each group serum fat polysaccharide and toll-like receptor 4 standardized mean differences, with Meta analysis.(2) Collected in 46 patients with liver cirrhosis,on the basis of the Child-pugh,classification standard will collect the specimens are divided into A,B,C three levels, the extraction of venous blood, respectively the limulus reagent method is adopted to detect the contents of polysaccharide of different etiology in patients with cirrhosis serum fat, using enzyme-linked immune adsorption method (Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA) determination of different etiologies toll-like receptor 4 levels of serum levels of patients with liver cirrhosis.SPSS 16.0 software was used to analyze the relationship between serum lipopolysaccharide level and the degree of liver damage and the correlation among them.Results:(1) A total of 7 references were included in the meta-analysis of the correlation between serum LIpopolysaccharide level in patients with cirrhosis and the liver cirrhosis. The results showed that the serum LIpopolysaccharide level in the cirrhosis group was significantly higher than that in the healthy control group [(1.142 ±0.542)EU/ml vs (0.233±0.161)EU/ml],and the difference between the serum lipopolysaccharide level in the cirrhosis group and the healthy control group was statistically significant (SMD=1.91,95% confidence interval:1.00-2.82,P<0.01).(2) A total of 6 articles were included in the meta-analysis on the correlation between serum TOL1-like receptor 4 level and cirrhosis in patients with cirrhosis. The results showed that toll-like receptor 4 level in patients with cirrhosis was significantly higher than that in healthy controls [(28.38 ± 4.8942)pg/ml vs (5.95 ±1.79)pg/ml],with statistically significant difference (SMD=5.21,95%CI:3.38-7.04,P<0.01).(3)The expression levels of serum lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and Toll-like receptor 4 (TOLl-like receptor 4) were highest in patients with grade C cirrhosis compared with child-pugh Group and Child-pugh Group B,with differences among the three groups. The expression levels of serum LIpopolysaccharide (LPS) and Toll-like receptor 4 in child-pugh Group B were increased compared with child-pugh Group A,with differences between the two groups (P <0.05).Conclusion:According to the results of this study in serum fat polysaccharide,4 toll-like receptors in liver cirrhosis patients increased, which may be related to infections after liver tissue of the body of the high degree of inflammation and fibrosis related,in part reflecting the serum fat polysaccharide,toll-like receptor 4 play an important role in the pathogenesis of liver cirrhosis, with serum lipopolysaccharide/toll-like receptor 4 signal transduction pathways of further research, the approach may be liver cirrhosis diagnosis and treatment of the important targets.
